I came across Colour Your Eyes while looking for grey contact lenses and decided to place an order. When my lenses arrived, I realised I’d chosen the wrong shade by mistake. From the moment I reached out, Hamza took care of everything and his service was outstanding. He replied straight away, sent me photos of the different grey shades to jog my memory, and then arranged for the correct pair to be sent out. He even included a free lens case and solution, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch.

Although the mistake was mine, Hamza went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and I left feeling like a truly valued customer. That level of care is so rare, and it’s made me a customer for life.

I couldn’t recommend Colour Your Eyes more. Hamza is a real credit to the company and I’ll definitely be ordering again soon. Thank you so much, Hamza!

I have continually ordered from Colour your Eyes and they’ve never disappointed me. Unfortunately on one occasion they sent a product that wasn’t the same as what I had ordered. I contacted the team and they apologised and rectified the order and sent me the correct item, although standard delivery states 2-4 working days, I have never experienced a delay in the postage which is always pleasing! The customer service team even reached out to me to ask if I had received the order and if it was all okay. It shows that they do value their customers and are always willing to give you a solution. Really pleased with the service and have now vowed to myself to order from them until I take my last breath. Thank you!

I’ve been using this company’s colour lenses for years, and they’ve truly become a part of my identity. The quality is unmatched they look so natural that people are always surprised when I tell them I’m wearing lenses. They’re comfortable for all-day wear, and the colours are beautifully realistic without ever looking artificial.

The service is just as impressive as the products. The team is incredibly responsive, genuinely lovely to deal with, and always go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Amazing colours love the lenses! I have quite sensitive eyes but these lenses are so comfortable and easy to apply and wear. I missed one of the lenses in my order and they fixed it straight away and sent me the order with an extra replacement within 2 days, great customer service!

Did have a bad experience with a faulty pair of lenses but someone has been in touch and sent me new colour contacts out. With a future pair promised when I decide what colour I want. They arrived the next day. Also gave me the contact travel case and a bottle of solution. Lovely guy who called and I'm really happy with the outcome. Thanks:)

The company reached out to me after my last review and apologised that the contacts were not suitable and offered me an other set (different ones) with contact solution. Which frankly shows me they care about their customers and was really impressed. I was looking for a freebie but was nice to know they care about making their customers happy. Superb service.

I placed an order for 34.99 and waited a long time to receive. They only sent 1 lense instead of the pair. I wrote to them and they came back and said there was nothing they can do as the pair should have been inside. I told them it wasn’t, I can’t wear 1 contact. I have given them numerous chances to resolve it. Not an honest company!

Don’t order from them as it’s been stressful and wasted my money. If they do anything I will update the review.

I've worn many different contact lenses in my life, some for vision and some for fun. These were the most uncomfortable ones I have ever worn and my vision was blurry in them.
I went for white out to use for my zombie costume. They looked great but they moved around my eye a lot. They made it look like I was looking through dirty glass. I used an applicator so they didn't have dirt on them. After about an hour of wearing them, I started to get a headache and my right eye was aching. I persevered through the rest of the day but could not wait to take them out. By the end of the day my head was pounding. This quickly resolved once they were removed. I found these bulky and uncomfortable and I will not be using this brand again.
The delivery was fast and they came within a couple of days, but that's as good as it gets for a positive experience.

I had a great experience with this site. Charles in chat gave me good advice and some additional advice that I wouldn't have known. This was my first time wearing lenses and it was lovely.

Colors are pretty and ships very quickly

Contacts came quickly and in good shape. I am mostly pleased with the selection of lenses offered. I am a little disappointed with the Ali White UV lenses, they don't shine in UV light, but all the other lenses are great! The fit is nice and they are comfortable to wear for hours. The Billy Boy Blue UV lenses are my favorite as they really light up my eyes.
