Hi, Thomas. We’re sorry to hear you’re dissatisfied. As we discussed, we are in the process of training new sales members and we acknowledge our sales professional made a mistake. In fact, she made a couple. Your “estimated” shipping date for your ordered flooring was incorrect due to the impeding July 4th holiday weekend; however, she also gave you two “stacked” discounts with a promotional price plus an additional military discount that surpasses what we ordinarily offer which would have been the greater of the two but not both. We understand the detriment of over promising and under delivering which is why we offered to deliver the flooring to you for your convenience. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure constant training so this does not happen again.
