get right ticket, skip the line.

I can't to book by phone, only on PC. I had to phone to home ( Hungary) for help, and my fried bought my ticket into the Moulin Rouge. ( but the program was great!!!)

Good try but didnt work as well as expected. A little bit hurry with everything and boat was too much packed people so atmosphere were well noisy. Boat was clean and okey wiht good view to the eiffel etc.
Next time we try another company.

Everything was wonderful, meal was good and the views fantastic. Only thing that disappointed us was that the boat went past the Eiffel Tower just a few minutes before it’s lights came on, small detail but a detail just the same. I recommend all to go

The food is terrible which kind of ruins the experience a bit. The timing of the cruise and the final passing of the Eiffel Tower when the lights are lit up is great.

I paid around £180. I may as well have got a normal sightseeing cruise and spent the rest of the money on two lobsters, a chateaubriand and a nice bottle of Bordeaux and sat opposite the Eiffel Tower for the same price and same view.

I was looking for museum tickets after hours, and this was a perfect place.

This one of the worst experiences. Bad boat bad views bad food bad service. Don’t book marina de Paris river cruise

Bought multiple pics and did not get them, emailed them and no reply. Food was cold and not tasty! Our waiter was workingvwey hard, and was very good, did what he could but way too many tables he was in charge of to be attentive. Bummer

Good location, small room. Quiet at night. Staffs are very friendly. Fridge in the room. Wi-Fi signal is not always stable.

Everything was fine except the service. I found it to be very slow. It took them a very long time to get me a cup of tea and even longer to get a second one which they actually forgot about....

It’s great to see a lot of there place. So many people interested there and a lot of people upstairs

This trip was exceptional, stunning and a memory of a lifetime.

It was a fantastic experience and very easy to have our tickets printed out ahead of time. We got seated quickly and had a great spot up front (although I think it is a little random where you are seated and we got lucky with our seats). We got the option with the champagne and had an entire bottle to split between the two of us. A fun and great night overall!

Great experience. The food was very good. It would be good to announce when the boat is traveling by each monument. Excellent service.

They sent me tickets and then some time later an email saying the event was sold out. I don't live on my email and didn't see it until we were on our way out the door. Then, rather than automatically processing a refund, they required that I affirmatively request one and then indicated it would be processed "sometime in the coming week". Any reason it couldn't have been processed in the time it took to write the email?

I had booked tickets for me and my husband on your website.

The ticket description said it was skip the line but when I reached there, the entrance guard said it was just a normal ticket and not skip the line

This is highly inappropriate behavior. Your website description is different from what the customer gets

We had to wait there for 3 hours even with our 'supposed skip the line tickets'
