Totally un-responsive. Trying to cancel well within cancellation time frame but still waiting for a response. Everything seems automated. Tried calling but no live person the speak to. Looks like they don’t work Fridays afternoons or over the weekend.

Recommend you go elsewhere.

Very fast convenient economical way to book tickets

Got good and informative help to know what suitable cruise fits my needs.

They gave me tickets last minute which I can’t use and they can’t change and refund my money.

After purchasing the ticket and making the full payment, my ticket was not sent to me; instead, I only received a code. When I went to Opéra Garnier, I was told that this code was invalid. After emailing the website’s support, they replied two or three hours later, which was useless to me because I had to buy another ticket at Opéra Garnier. The website’s phone support was also unable to communicate in English. Not only do they fail to provide proper support, but they also refuse to refund my money and do not respond at all. No one at Opéra Garnier even recognizes their website. Purchasing from this site is a waste of money and will only leave you frustrated. This website is run by irresponsible people. It was the worst experience of my trip to Paris. Trusting the useless website Cometoparis was a huge mistake.

Getting the reserved tickets to Musee D’Orsay was easy on the Come to Paris site — and I appreciated all the info on visiting the museum, especially which entry door to go to!

I was unaware that the ticket I bought for the Arc de Triomphe did not allow us to skip the line. On arrival at security we were sent to the back of the regular line. We had a very very long wait. The only true skip the line ticket is the one sold on the official Arc de Triomphe website. We missed sunset due to this.

I enjoyed the boat cruise on the Seine. The voice over about all the attractions, their descriptions were good. A good activity to do when in Paris. The warm indoor seating was a good addition

Because the tickets on the official website were sold out, I purchased the Musée d'Orsay on this platform. At first, I was quite worried before departure because there was no time indication, but everything went smoothly. Although the Musée d'Orsay does not have a designated admission time, you can queue directly from the C1 entrance and it will take about 30 minutes to enter. In addition, I also bought tickets for the Arc de Triomphe and the Seine River Cruise. It was a great experience. This platform is very good.

Les billets sur le site officiel étant épuisés, j'ai acheté le musée d'Orsay sur cette plateforme. Au début, j'étais assez inquiet avant le départ car il n'y avait pas d'indication d'heure, mais tout s'est bien passé, même si le musée d'Orsay le fait. n'ayant pas d'heure d'entrée désignée, vous pouvez faire la queue directement depuis l'entrée C1 et cela prendra environ 30 minutes pour entrer. De plus, j'ai également acheté des billets pour l'Arc de Triomphe et la croisière sur la Seine. La plateforme est très bonne.

Dato che i biglietti sul sito ufficiale erano esauriti, ho acquistato il Museo d'Orsay su questa piattaforma. All'inizio ero un po' preoccupato prima della partenza perché non c'era l'indicazione dell'orario, ma tutto è andato liscio, anche se per il Museo d'Orsay sì non hai un orario di ingresso stabilito, puoi fare la fila direttamente dall'ingresso C1 e ci vorranno circa 30 minuti per entrare. Inoltre, ho comprato anche i biglietti per l'Arco di Trionfo e la crociera sulla Senna La piattaforma è molto buona.

I bought a gift voucher for a cruise on the Siene with Come to Paris, but it wasn't accepted by the patner operator Bateaux Parisiens.

They asked me for a ticket with a QR code, which was not on the voucher I received from Come to Paris. This voucher is referred to as a pdf ticket by Come to Paris, but is not considered a ticket by the operator, as the QR code was not present.
The reference number 16199470120250822 or my name were not found in the operator's system nor in Come to Paris' online system, so it could not be validated or used.

I was unable to contact Come to Paris by phone, no one received the call on the number provided. Nor did I get any response when I wrote to Come to Paris by e-mail describing the problem. I kindly asked for a solution, to validate my voucher by sending me a QR-Code ticket or refund my money, and nothing was done.
But the request to give feedback on my experience with them was sent. That's why I've been able to write these lines here now.

All very unpleasant.
The operator and friends told me I'd been scammed... I still hope it was a system problem and that the company will get back to me soon with a solution. We'll see...

Used for same day arc de triumph visit. Easy to do with e-ticket.

I didn't realize it wasn't the "official" website for the Moulin Rouge. Also, I switched dates because your website indicated that there were no more 9 pm tickets available on the date I wanted. After I purchased those - I found the official website and noticed they still had the 9 pm time on the date I wanted. Also, the prices were higher on your website.

We booked a Cruise at the Seine on Bastille-day, with a gourmet 3-course dinner at a boat with rooftop deck, stop to watch the fireworks at the eiffel tower and the works.

A few hours before departure, we were contacted by ComeToParis, as they had to move os to a different boat. We would get a 40€ "refund" (this would just match the normal price of the new boat) and a complimentary VIP-seating. We accepted.

However, when we got on the new boat, they had no info on our VIP-upgrade, so we sat at a bad table with little to no view of the sights.
The service was terrible, and we had to ask the waiter for our main course, as they were clearing the other tables.

The food itself was horrible. The menu had changed completely from what we had ordered originally, and it tasted like microwaved TV-dinners. At a price that exceeds a 3-course dinner in the Eiffel tower! It was pretty much inedible. As they were clearing the tables, Any uneaten breadrolls were put back into the basket with the "fresh" ones. Ready to serve next day.

For the fireworks show, we started out so far from the Eiffel tower, that we couldn't see half of it. We did move closer during the show, but the deck was so small, that only half the boat could fit. For anyone under 6 foot, too bad. The crew However enjoyed the show from the roof. Employees only, of course.

All in all, we had a terrible experience, and it wasn't worth 10% of what it actually cost. We have complained to ComeToParis and asked for a refund, but they are ignoring us completely. What a business model.
