Great customer service
Great customer service, great support. Very friendly staff. I interacted with Mike and Pam. Tried out several mattresses, ordered a Tempur-Pedic. Tried out some pillows, ordered two, came home happy. Delivery was fantastic too! Fast, clean, easy. A wonderful experience. Thanks Mike!

We are happy with our purchase.
We were shopping for a new mattress and Comfort Zone carried a brand we were interested in. The sales person was very nice and let us try out the mattresses without pressuring us. She let us know that one of the mattresses we were interested in was a discontinued model that was on sale for a great price. We ended up buying it. The delivery team was very nice and set up our new mattress without any problems. The only reason I gave Comfort Zone 4 stars instead of 5 is that their showroom is not laid out very well and is dark inside. The interior is not very inviting and seems more like a warehouse. I think that might turn off some shoppers.

Fantastic small business mattress store
We had a great experience shopping for a new mattress at the Comfort Zone. John delivered a very honest and expedited salesmanship experience. The ordering process was seamless and delivery was on time, with constant communication throughout. I would definitely recommend the Comfort Zone.

Easy to deal with, the bed did take quite a bit longer to receive than I had been told so keep that in mind and order early. Other than that the service and workmanship are first rate. Very helpful.

Delivery delay
We purchse the product and once we paid, then were tole that the product would not be delovered for 4,6 weeks. We were shocked to hear. We communicated frequently to determine the actual delivery. The product did not arrive until three months after the original purchase. We have been patientlu waiting for tje product.

In your specific case, we knew up front that there was going to be a long lead time, which is why we provided you with a loaner frame for you to use when your company arrived. Obviously, we did a poor job of explaining that lead times slow down substantially during the holiday season and that your lead time would take a significant number of weeks. Very knowledgeable and experienced sales person. I have been happy with the two beds and frames that I've purchased from them. They're delivery crew is also very prompt and respectful of my shoeless house. I also like the pillows that were recommended. I liked them so much they were my Christmas gifts to my family.
