Very Helpful Support

Reached out because my 7.5ft lounger was seeming a little less fluffy than it originally was. Contacted support to try to buy more stuffing, but they ended up sending me a refill for free. Amazing!

We Love Comfy Sack!

We got a great product at a fair price! I would choose comfy sack over love sac any day! We had a little issue with the cover having a stain on it and comfy sack replaced it promptly at no additional cost to me. They were super kind and helpful!

BEWARE. Dont buy.

BEWARE. Comfysacks does not offer return shipping. If for any reason during the 30 day return period you want to return the product... too bad. The comfy sack is now 600% larger than it came to you... and you cant really get that monster back in a container to return it. Essentially this means their return policy is worthless.

Apologies we are a bit confused as we have no record of you trying to contact us for a return. Also, that is not the case either. When it comes to returns you do need to cover return shipping cost as mentioned in our FAQ below, but if the bag has already full expended we have alternative options such as returning just the cover, keeping it for a discount and we can even help you with the issue at hand to avoid a return altogether! You are not out of options just because the bag has expanded.

Nice price

I have not sat in it, I’m 74 years old and trouble getting out a regular chair. So it’s for my grandchildren ages 12 thru 18 and they love it. It’s in our theater room and they all want to use at same time! The reason I didn’t give a five star review was I don’t get to use it. If there was room I would buy
another one!

I was contacted regarding a replacement when my order was out of stock and I was given a lot of options. I chose to wait for the item to come in stock and when it did I was still given the item at the sale price. Awesome customer service!

Happy with Purchase!

I wanted to give this comfy sack some time before I write a review. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I ended up with an underfilled sack, and the company reached out quickly to get me for stuffing! It arrived super fast and I'm definitely pleased!

Their customer service is off the charts and that is hard to find these days!

Great Quality!

We received our Comfy Sack it was packed well and there was no smell. The product is excellent quality. My husband reviewed a YouTube video before we used it. We let it sit and fully fill with air for a couple of days. My grandkids LOVE IT! We are extremely happy. Customer service was great too.

***WARRANTY REQUEST***

This is our second 6ft Comfy sack. I know someone who had a lovesac, ours is way better! So easy to clean and so comfortable. Not sure how it ripped but i went to order a new cover and seen there was a warranty. I emailed right away asking if i was covered and got a response the same day saying i was. I could not be happier and i will order thru comfy sac for as long as they are in business!!!! Thank you so much!!!
