I never got shirt. They do not answer emails. They are a .scam.

Save your money! This company is horrible. It took two months to receive the shirt I ordered, when it finally arrived it was not the one I ordered and boy was it ugly, and it was extremely small,
I had ordered a 4x for my big guy. They sent me a 5x and he couldn’t even get it
pass his head. Really a waste of money.

Never got the shirt I ordered 2 months ago. Had to fight with PayPal on my side to get anywhere.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a shirt months ago and still have not received it. It was a scam. I don't know how they get away with advertising on line.

Ordered one shirt.
Got charged twice.
Still no shirt has arrived.
Still no responses from the company.

Ordered shirt end of February 2020. Now it is end of June 2020. Still no shirt.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM

I ordered a shirt at the end of February 2020 It's now mid-May. I received 3 emails saying my shirt was sent....nothing. I've written to them 4 times. No response. This company is fraudulent. I will be filing a complaint with the NY State Attorney General's Office. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I get a text that the shirt has been shipped and nothing yet, horrible business, will never order again from them.

This is a terrible web based business. I could not get my money back for a shirt that was the wrong size and horribly made. I tried to get my Credit Card company to reverse the charge but this company had a 30 day from date of order return policy. The problem is they ship from China so by the time you get your item you are beyond 30 days. SCAM!!!!

I am so sorry I didn't read these reviews before buying a shirt from this company. After about a month I did receive an email telling me the shirt would be delayed and should reach me in three weeks. That date has long ago come and gone. I tried to call the number listed for them. No Longer In Service. Tried to send an email. Bounced back. Does anyone know if they are still in business? I searched for this particular blouse and this was the only place that was supposed to carry it. Disappointed not to get the blouse. Very annoyed this place possibly doesn't exist!

Wrong shirts sent - not what I ordered at all. Poor quality...slow shipping (from China - not noted on site) and anything else that was possibly wrong. AVOID!! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Item received after 30 days....no return policy...Seriously??

The Shirts I order must be made hand by hand ,sew by sew

And they will go out handling shipping once a month

Then I still got a shirt size is "Wrong"

It took half year ,I still can't get a satisfied product

What about send me more XL shirts,when I check ,no problem

I send others back to you

Not even one star for this one. Send the wrong sizes, one item damaged. They insist customer pays the return shipping charge. Items are poor quality. The only way I can get a credit (this is what they say) is to ship the items back to them in Ontario, CA

Dear Ma'am / Sir,
I purchased a shirt from these people on 8th August, 2019 and have not heard anything from them apart from the order confirmation since making the payment.
I have emailed them thrice in as many months and there has not been any response.
The tracking number that they gave is not correct.

I wish I would have looked this site up…

Shoddy \ miss sized products. Good luck getting a refund out of them.

They don't deserve 1 star! How are these people getting away with this scam?

The ad said 20% off the first order. The discount was not applied. Then I was told it'll be in my next order. I told them to cancel the order if they didn't honor the ad for a discount. I was told my order had already shipped. The blouse came 3 weeks later and was the most hideous thing I've ever seen! Lesson learned! Do NOT order from these creeps!

I'd share my experience with these crooks but it looks like I've gone through the same thing everyone else has. I don't like being "had" but at least this won't break the bank. I was thinking of creating a GoFundMe page to buy a bunch of drones and drop dollops of bovine feces on the facility in Buffalo. In fact, if you Google the return address in Buffalo I was given, 3200 North America Drive West Seneca, NY, it's basically an importer with at least 19 companies at that address. The building itself looks more like a freight warehouse with 30 bay doors and a small office. 'Nuff said. Sorry you had to go through this too.

This just in! Just received an email from the Comfy Shirt folks and they're telling me that I'll have a refund in 7-10 days. Will revise this again once that does or does not happen.
