I emailed requesting information on when 2 x figures would be delivered. I knew that this was a pre order but I heard nothing back, and I still haven’t.

Purchased a gift for my son. The package arrived in pristine condition on the outside, but inside the item had a cracked and broken display case wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap. Evidently the item was damaged prior to packing. Received an email from sales director Natalie who declined to pay for the return postage. As a loyal customer over the past 18 months I am far from happy, so will be taking my business elsewhere

Cannot recommend C&C enough! Use them regularly for my action figure needs and they have never disappointed. Natalie and the team are fantastic and have always fulfilled every order perfectly and without issue. :)

Good, cheap, solid

Comic and cocktails helped out sort the shipping issues and worked together with RM to get it resolved. Their customer service and after sales support is excellent!

Sorry to say that Comics and Cocktails do not follow UK Consumer Rights legislation and refuse to pay returns postage for items that are delivered in a damaged condition.
In this particular instance the damage was caused by careless packaging of a lighter weight item inside a box with a very much heavier item. The heavier item then caused material damage to the lighter item.
Comics and Cocktails refuse to pay for returns postage but did offer to replace the damaged item as a goodwill gesture as long as I pay for the postage.
I have stated that this situation falls directly under the consumer rights act 2015 and that it is the retailers responsibility to pay the returns postage and provide an undamaged replacement or provide a full refund.
They have done neither and have ignored my 7 day deadline to comform to the UK consumer rights legislation.
I will now go to my credit card company to start the 'Chargeback' to reclaim my money for the damaged item.
Sad to say that I have used Comics & Cocktails for my Action figures for years but it looks like the cheaper prices mask the fact that they do not respect UK legislation when things go wrong.
I have also decided to minimise any further purchases with Comics & Cocktails in future.
Time has come to put my future business with other suppliers.

I ordered a figure or Eric Draven from The Crow here. The packaging wasn't extreme but good enough, arrived safe and without any damages. Overall a really pretty figure, and it was delivered in a timely manner.
I'm happy with my purchase, will buy here again if I find something interesting again.

Always perfectly packaged and flawless condition. Prices are fair and delivery was reasonable. My no. Place for figures or comics.

Comics and Cocktails is my go-to store for the latest pre-orders. My Storm Arena Sagat arrived well packaged, on time, and exactly as expected. Great service and a reliable retailer I’ll continue to use.

This isn’t much of a review but has anyones order been saying “shipping” for a few days and when I track it, it says it isn’t found? I’ll write a review tommorow if my order arrives

Avoid this company if you care about the presentation of what you're buying.

£57 collectible ruined because of poor packaging. It had been wrapped in a single layer of the thinnest bubble wrap I've ever seen (deflated, may as well have been paper) and put into a very thin cardboard box which provided no protection at all for the journey. With such flimsy packaging the item inevitably turned up squashed, creased and looking second hand, meaning it was now an embarrassment to give as a gift, and it had also lost much of its resale value. Customer service sent a one-sentence reply to me telling me to return it. They didn't apologise, they didn't address the damage or even acknowledge it.

Won't be buying from them again. Embarrassing way to run a business.
