Great range, prices and service.
Ive been ordering things from comics and cocktails on and off over the years and have always had good service. The prices are good and things are well packaged which is important for collectors.

I think a real test of how good a company is is how they deal with problems. I had an issue with an item (not comics and cocktails fault at all). They communicated quickly and resolved the issue perfectly. It made what was a really stressful situation (expensive item) ok. I couldn't ask for more and will be ordering from them again for sure.

Comics and Cocktails is a fantastic small business that I’d highly recommend. They consistently offer the best prices on top-range action figures, which makes them stand out from the rest. I also want to give a special shout out to Natalie, who went above and beyond when there was a small error with my order. She was incredibly understanding, helpful, and accommodating in getting everything resolved quickly. Great service, great products, and an overall excellent experience every time!

I really liked the whole system of pay a deposit and then pay the rest on release.

I had a 6 month spread of pre-orders that I had guaranteed, but didn’t have to pay all at once

Unfortunately this is another company who don't provide a satisfactory degree of customer service and who don't understand consumer rights when they provide unsatisfactory products that carry defects and flaws.

They provided a figure that had factory defects and expect customers to foot the bill for return postage costs, despite them now not being able to replace the item, citing no stock.

After several weeks of unhelpful emails and passive aggressive responses I have had no alternative than to raise the issue with my card provider.

Not a match on competitors who offer a much more dedicated and understanding service. Avoid.

Pre ordered 2 figures, 1 was due out July and 1 was due to be sent out in September.
I am still waiting for the July order and had zero communication from Comics&Cocktails to say the order was delayed.
Only found this out because I contacted them a month later.

Amazing shop, never missed a pre order. Recommended from a collector.

I've been using C&C now for many years. Never once had an issue with their service. The go-to for action figures. Could not recommend more.

Took a little longer than normal couldn’t get the payment page page to load but after a few attempts got there in the end so everything worked out fine

Bought a MAFEX figure from them and it came very quickly and was packaged extremely well with no damage to the box and it was very reassuring of them to include a paper cutout that said how they only sell legitimate and genuine figures but it also said how figure swappers were taking advantage of their great services which is why they no longer accept returns for such items like a MAFEX figure which is a shame. But overall amazing store for buying both comics and other collectibles.

Super fast delivery and trustworthy with pre orders. Not always the cheapest tbh but when it comes to pre orders I trust them 100%.

Pre ordered and paid for an item — had to chase for updates when the due date came and went, after months of no update and learning the product was now available elsewhere, I cancelled my order. My cancellation was ignored for one month, I was patient but had to chase and eventually my cancellation was acknowledged but with no refund coming. Over a week later, and 5 weeks after I requested the refund, they never replied and stopped answering emails so I had to contact my bank to reverse the charges via Mastercard. To this day I’ve never heard back from Comics and Cocktails — awful customer service, violations of consumer rights act at play.

I politely asked if they had a chase version of a figure and they replied and received one.
