Good transaction, helpful comms. Could have had delivery within 4 days but put it off for a week as I was not ready. Received a phone call on Thursday 3rd December stating delivery would be today 7th Dec. Freezer arrived on a pallet and the driver delivered it into my garage. very well packed, with lots of protective material. I would certainly use this company again although I hope it will be many years before I require another freezer. :-)

Bought a microwave recently. Delivery was slow at first but easily sorted, then slight damage in transit but was sorted very quickly thanks to Hazel. Would definitely use this company again.

A great seller with very prompt delivery.
Although I mentioned someone is home nearly all the time , I would have like notice of delivery and not 15 minutes before.

However, minor things .
I can’t really fault the company for customer service, quality and efficiency.

I received outstanding service from Hayley. She took on board my order and it took flight. Ordered Tuesday 28th April arrived today 5th May 2020 at 10.00 a.m. She has always been understanding and keen to provide a first class customer experience. This is exceptional after the disappointment of having ordered and paid for on 2nd April 2020, a freezer, which I was told at time of order would arrive no later than 5th May. On 29th April to then be told it was expected to be 6th June another 5 week delay. I had to start my search yet again. Had I but known about Hayley on 2nd April I would have had my freezer in service for the last 4 weeks. This new freezer is to replace my 12 year old one which is working on Fast Freeze only. I have been expecting it to give up the ghost. Thankfully it held on until this replacement arrived. Thank you Hayley for a first class gold star service. Thank you all for working during these unprecedented times.

My purchase was a large chest freezer to be delivered to a hard to find location which is rarely manned. I requested at least one hour's notice of delivery so that someone could get there to open the premises and receive the goods. This worked perfectly, the delivery arrived on time and the two guys could not have been more helpful in getting the goods into the premises via a difficult entrance. Result!
