Everything went smoothly
Everything went smoothly, the receiver came on schedule & it was easy to set up. Only problem was when my phone number was cancelled with Centurylink my internet was also cancelled & it took 18 days to get it back & running. In the future perhaps ask if there are other things connected to the number before it is cancelled.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Not only did they send my father an illegal piece of marketing masquerading as a letter from the FCC.
But also had agents spam with calls trying him to bait and switch his existing landline. They're using a deceptive way to sell their services. They almost made my father lose his landline forever.
Besides that when I reached out to their company to speak to their CEO. They blocked me. These people are scamming elderly people and have hired offshore people to convince that they're actually calling from within the US.
I've reported these scammers to the FCC. You people should be ashamed.

This is great for my senior mom
I think this is the answer to our prayers for my 82 year old mom. We have tried different cell phones and she just can’t seem to keep from getting frustrated with them but with this we got her the easiest phone invented and she has great coverage so dream come true for all of us. And we had a technical difficulty… and support called and helped us figure out our error. Great customer service!
