Unbelievably rude
Your recommended trader turned up 2 hours early for an appointment to look at quoting for a conservatory roof and was adamant I had the time wrong even though I had the appointment details on my phone direct from you. I had another traders employee turn up at the same time to quote for insulating the house roof generally to be told he had just been told he should !!!! Off as he would not be doing any work at mine as this bloke who was early stated he was doing it. I cancelled the appointment of the company who turned up early as a result of the rude behaviour. The insulating guy was visibly shaken and said I don't do conservatories and was happy to leave under the circumstances and whats his problem. I did call you and report the incident which I am sure was recorded and I was very upset and angry. You were going to review your relationship with the recommended trader company and hope you do as its an experience I have never had before and hope no one else ever has to experience. I do appreciate your company behaved fine but the trader is effectively representing you did not behave well.
