The process was easy and simple. However they massively overinflate the prices offered - they quoted £145 for an iPhone 11 with cracked back glass. I was skeptical but took the offer as it was th... See more

Simple Effortless Effective

Used this site for the first time yesterday and found it a dream. The market or selling devices is getting more complicated and crowded - this cuts through all of that and allows you to make the choice of who to go to. It remains to be seen what deal I end up with but I didn't go for the one at the top of the list as this can lead to disappointment!
Love it like I did!

Brilliant service

While the order was slightly delayed due to a fault that was entirely my own, money4machines were extremely efficient with everything on there end. After my mistake led to a delay in the order they didn't try to take any value of the price of my phone or try any funny business. Payment was prompt and the customer service good!

Not Good!

Sent off an Xperia S in excellent condition.

Received email sating it was water damaged!? And got offered half the price.

I Queried this, but as I could not disprove things I had to accept the offer.

Contacted Compare My Mobile prior to this and was assured of a call back and how they would look into things, funnily enough heard nothing more!! :-)

Rick,

CompareMyMobile contacted the recycler FunkyMob directly after your phone call to us.

We gained assurances that your device would be returned to you free of charge, as you were not happy with the offer. FunkyMob tried to contact you shortly after via phone and then via email.

I have been sent the email communication and I can see today that you have now responded to the email sent by Funky Mob last week offering a free of charge return, however you have accepted the reduced offer.

Can I please ask you to revisit this review as we did find a resolution and contact was tried by both phone and email.

Regards

Andrew

Top Drawer. Easy, No Fuss and found the Best Price Quickly.

Quick, easy and user friendly, comparemymobile found me a price £45 greater than my usual phone recycle site and £80 more thank my provider. Have already recommended the site to friends and as soon as my phone is gone and check comes through then I will insist all my friends use comparemymobile.
