Poor communication
I mentioned to the guy that I was just enquiring for now not signing up yet. But he pressured me and made me feel forced into signing up on the spot. Despite explaining that im on work cover and cant afford to start the health insurance yet. So now im on health insurance and not sure ill be able to afford the first payment on 1st September due to low income on workcover as I explained to him. Left feeling unhappy not relieved.

I was looking at comparing car insurance but most of the outfits suggested couldn't even process my number plate number (not found) my vehicle is registered and i have a registration certificate from
Qld Tmr the only one who did recognise the plate did not have my vehicle covered anyway .

It is great to have an independent third party doing all the work for you. It is also great to be able to speak to a 'real' person, in this case Lachlan, who is friendly, polite and with a sense of humour! Lachlan explained everything very clearly, made sure I understood, and invited questions. At no time did I feel pressured. At the end of it all, I got the extra cover I wanted and saved $350 a year by following the recommendations suggested. Very happy

Very easy to follow the steps. I think the basics give conservative estimates because the one I chose was actually cheaper than first quoted. Everything was just so easy
