Continuously sending defective items
Is the second time i been sold used and defective items, this is my second order.
This time is a hario v60 metal scale full of solidified liquid coffee and ground coffee. Solution is cheaper or more expensive scales. However in their website they keep advertising the one I bought and need.
The SCA tasters wheel poster is in thin mate cardboard, not laminated nor waterproof as announced. When I mentioned the matter, they said they will change the description in their website. No apologies, no solution. Editing after their question: I was the one asking for the reimbursement after the answer was changing the description and not providing a solution. Is true that altough this is taking time, they have been super responsive, via email and here, same day response, thus moving from 1 star to 3. Thank you.
Am asking for reimbursement on both items and massively appreciate checking items before sending, this saves everyone time.

We always aim to act quickly, transparently, and fairly when an issue is reported, particularly with products from other brands, as was the case with the scale, which arrived to us in that condition. For this reason, we believe that providing an immediate full refund and correcting the information was the appropriate and responsible course of action.

I did not receive my shipment yet, even though I was contacted and informed that the product will arrive in Thusday between 5-8 pm which did not happen and wasted my time that night waiting for no reason.
