Delivery was very prompt, but first item that I received was completely the wrong item to what I had ordered, I emailed them straight away with my order # and what had happened. They replied very promptly the same day, they apologised for the mix up asked me to send them a picture of what I had received, which I duly did. They then replied almost straight away, again apologising for the mistake, said I could keep the item I had recieved for the inconvenience, which I must admit is very useful to me and the item I ordered would be posted straight away. Which I received the following day, excellent service, no messing, have and will use Complete aquatics again. Thankyou Regards Darren

Never seen one before but well worth it
Much better than the plastic one that comes with the python. Only fractionally more expensive than a plastic replacement so well worth it..
The original adapters are plastic and I found that the inserts were getting so loose that the connector dropped off the tap. This replacement is very good quality, attaches snugly to the tap and makes the whole Python system better. It's a shame these aren't included as standard given the price of a Python system. Highly recommended. Plus very quick delivery!
