After receiving a phone call from Judy and how Complete Care shop dispatched my order was the following day and DPD delivery was very poor Complete Care Shop get the 5 star for their service as for DPD if they were to ask me for feedback as to their delivery they would get a 1 star for their bad delivery service

I ordered a mobility walker for a friend, but unfortunately it wasn't what I expected ( too big/wide and not lightweight)
I contacted customer service, spoke to a gentleman and explained the situation. He was very pleasant and understanding. He talked me through the return process and emailed me a list of carriers I could choose from.
I choose Royal mail collection service.
Once they received the item I was fully refunded.
I would definitely order from them again, but ensuring I read all the specifications of the item😀.
So if you're thinking of ordering from them, go ahead, My experience was 💯 a good one.

AVOID!!! Absolute disgrace of a company preying on the elderly.
Absolute dishonest con of a company. Deducted £12 return cost from refund despite faulty item. The agent had pre decided and stated they would deduct this return cost on first contact without even seeing the item. I will be taking further action to retrieve my money. Absolute disgrace of a company preying on elderly.

As outlined in our returns policy, where items are returned and confirmed to be in full working order, a £12 returns fee is applied to cover collection and handling costs.
