Avoid if you value compassion and professionalism.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassion or competent communication during IVF.
I was sent here before chemotherapy and would never have chosen them. After passing a large mass (later told elsewhere it was an unviable twin), they refused to see me, dismissed it as “just a bleed,”-no scan, no exam, no compassion. They wouldn’t even look at a photo or have a proper discussion about what I had passed. I had to go to A&E for an urgent scan. They expected me to update them and gaslit me and treated me very disrespectfully when I tried to get any helpful communication and care. The tactics that they then began to use were manipulative and very very distressing!
They increased my meds without an exam or risk discussion (I’m a cancer survivor) and just said to take them at their word because they are experts. They then tried to sell me the boxes despite my clear refusal in an email. Exam rooms sometimes had discarded paper on the floor, calls were late, rushed, pushy and under prepared. I've never had someone so pushy trying to make me agree to things while gaslighting me while not giving me any trusted information.
They sent distressing embryo storage threats years early, implying they could be destroyed if I didn’t respond quickly — an entirely unnecessary source of stress during an already emotional process. Now, 18 months before the expiry date (2027), I’ve received yet another notice implying they may discard them if there are any unpaid accounts. You have to pay in advance for their services yet they still issue threatening letters. I've gone into more detail in the google review.

If you value care, respect, and competent communication, find another clinic.
