Very rude customer service. I will never ever buy from this place. You cannot talk to your customer in such tone and in such way. You don't deserve to make money.

They sell products they have no accurate information about

I was looking for a battery-powered lawn mower. I found one that said "Battery: 18V". Other products had a clearly visible label indicating that the package contained no battery, but this one did not, so I understood it did come with a battery. The package arrived without a battery, so I requested a change for another product, which was denied. Beyond the legal 14 days they are obliged to accept returns, Compumail seems to take zero responsibility for the inaccuracy of their own ads. Their reply was: "[we] write on our page and our terms, that some information may [only] be guiding". Apparently they are happy selling products they have no accurate information about.

New products may not yet have the sticker, as these are added ourselves.

We would also like to clarify that the product listing stated that the item uses an 18V battery, but it did not mention that a battery was included.

On all our product pages, we clearly specify when specific accessories such as batteries or chargers are included in the package. If this is not stated, they are not included and should not be expected to be.

We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate and transparent, and we regret any misunderstanding.

Good but slow

Prices and the variety of products were great but I wish I knew they did not have the products in stock. It took them 9 days to send the products and I waited almost 2 weeks from ordering until delivery. I really do not like it when the items seem to be available but they actually order it from another country.

Order cancelled and poor communication

I don't recommend doing business with this retailer. I bought a TV that was supposed to be delivered in 8-10 days from purchase and supposedly in stock. The day after, I received an email to call them in order to validate the order - did so, and expected to just be a waiting game from that day.

Finally, the day before the TV was supposed to arrive, I reached out to them via email, since I hadn't heard an update up to that point, just for a confused sales person to claim that they reached out to validate the order but I didn't do that. Wrong. About an hour after that, I received an automatic order cancelation that claimed that "they couldn't get the product for that price".

It's a poor way of doing business from my perspective - they should be able to confirm the order one or two days after it has been purchased, not after the full 10 days.
