Great most of the time, mildly annoying return policy

Most of the time, I've been fairly happy with Compumail. Latest order was a bit annoying though - I received the wrong item (UK instead of EU plug) and the only option I can find on their website is to return the item and pay shipping for it. Not a huge deal if shipping wasn't like 1/3 of the item price, making it just frustrating enough to lower what would have otherwise been a 5-star rating.
