Friendly and helpful. Did a quick and efficient job fixing my wife's laptop at a very reasonable price

I sent my laptop in to be fixed on a Thursday afternoon and it was completely fixed by Saturday morning. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend for any computer fixes

Ken diagnosed and fixed my computer, whose motherboard and CPU had fried. As the issue was diagnosed everything was very clearly communicated, like for like parts were found and installed. It was a difficult job and a very affordable price. I'm glad I've got Computer Surgery down the road for future issues with my PC.

Very good computer service that went above and beyond to save my sister's 15 years old laptop! I deduct one star because there's no option for debit card payment!

Ken did an amazing job on my MacBook Pro 2017 and I feel more secure now knowing no viruses and a new battery fitted. Ken also showed me how to speed up my MacBook from the start up which I didn’t realise with great advice for the future. Very happy with the prompt service.

I have took my laptop to Computer Surgery one week ago. The screen was broken and the laptop itself was working so slow. One week after, they called me to let me know my laptop was ready for collection. When I saw my laptop I was speechless as It look like a new computer. Works perfectly and the price I paid was rasonable.

Nick wants your money but is not interested in customer service. He has no idea what he has put me through for the last year. He sold me a laptop that had a faulty build on it, didnt fix it for a whole year, fobbing me off that he did not know what a certain function was in Windows. On the 3rd attempt of rebuilding the laptop it was finally fixed but not at the expense of my time and petrol as this was for a friend who does not live near me.

Needed my laptop repaired after I dropped it and it wouldn’t start. Inspected it at no charge and provided a diagnosis and price within a day. Two days later it was tested and worked and for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

Best experience I’ve ever received ! I’m one of the biggest photographers in the U.K. AmzyOBR on Instagram. I had my life on the hard drive and he was so helpful and super kind and he did everything super quick ! He was patient , understanding and also educated me ! I would recommend this business 100000 times over and this comes from the heart ! They are a tech surgery and couldn’t be happier

I rushed in after dropping my laptop and getting the power button stuck. Ken was brilliant, he fixed my laptop on the same day I took it in. Excellent service for a fair price.

Very happy with the service. Super fast and mind-bogglingly cheap for what they provide. Had to replace my laptop screen which was done in no time at all and was also kindly recommended an additional fix for a problem I wasn't aware existed. My laptop looks and feels brand spanking new. Highly recommend.
