399dkk for nothing. I still don’t get it

I still don’t get it, how stupid can it be???
Computercity is claiming me 399dkk for a repair of a defect phone charger that still was under the guarantee period. The service broker Computer City are using did not find any fault on the charger even that several technical qualified persons have found it defect before sending it for repair. If they hadn’t found it faulty, they should fine the 399dkk somewhere else, - think about that…..🤑🤑🤑 First of all, the charger was defect when it was sent from me, this can be proved by several witnesses. This will always be your (ComputerCity) word against mine and I'm willing to let it go for at try! Secondly, there is no common sense for sending a defect unit, with a new cost price below 100dkk, to a repair that always will be charged 399dkk! Just for your information, I know what I'm talking about. I'm electrical engineer and Sr Supervisor in a large maintenance department in an international company. Think about your reputation, even if you win this stupid case, you already will and have lost more in customer goodwill.

Printer - Aalborg butik

Three weeks to to get a new power-supply (under warranty) for my 8 month old printer (HP 8500A).

Sales assistant in Aalborg said up to 10% of printer power supplies fail under warranty (didn't read that on the spec sheet) - SO WHY DON'T YOU STOCK THESE ITEMS AS A PRECAUTION?

If you buy their goods, don't expect a good after-sales service.

Could have privately ordered a new power-supply online and received it the next day!
