only one mail from owner saying they have support problems?

You say not your order!! Its eucomtech.eu and its you. It was You computergrej that sent me an invite to trustpilot for this order because YOU ARE the same company. And we all can see that today on your homepage's.
So computergrej.dk orders start wit #1 and eucomtech.eu with #2,
its the same owner and even you don't know the differense on orders when computergrej.dk sends out request to me for review on trustpilot.
6 weeks since ordered and paied, no delivery, no refund and no homepage´s?

Excellent shop

I got an Nvidia GTX 970 at a good price. The card was sent next next business day, and delivered 2 days later. Customer service quickly replied to my e-mails, recommended !

One man scam company!

Response 16/10/2015: Of course it comes as no surprise that Computergrej.dk now outright lies. They have seen the laptop and have acknowledged the error (I have emails verifying that, I might post a link for them later on, when I have removed personal email addresses and so on). They promised a new laptop and said they would be in contact when it arrived, which never happened. That is why I'm demanding my money back. I also notice, that Computergrej.dk have changed their story. They started out claiming that I didn't buy the product from them, now they claim that I never let them see the laptop (a blatant lie!). I have never demanded to keep the laptop (another lie from Computergrej.dk). I have demanded that the purchase was cancelled in which case Computergrej.dk would get back their faulty laptop and I would get my money.

It hasn't been a year between buying the laptop and starting a case. It took less than three months (November and February) between the purchase and the first error on the product. I immediately contacted Computergrej.dk after this and let them inspect the laptop, at their shop on Amager.

In the meantime between February and writing this review I have tried several times to handle the problem with Computergrej.dk. Unfortunately they failed to answer several of my emails and do not fulfil the promises they make to me.

Computergrej.dk wrote: "we have even offered to handle your case based on goodwill. But it seems you would rather trash us publicly.".

I don't even know what the first part is supposed to mean. For the second part: I'm not thrashing you in public. I'm writing an honest account of the dealings between Computergrej.dk and myself.

Computergrej.dk knows that I would win the case in Forbrugerklagenævnet. Here they stood at having to pay me 2.000,- and on top of that 8.300,- for case proceedings. On the other hand starting a new company costs somewhere between 2.000-3.000.

Update 15/10/2015: Surprise surprise. Computergrej.dk delayed the case with Forbrugerklagenævnet just long enough to dissolve the company (though they in their response finally acknowledge, that the laptop was in fact bought from Computergrej.dk). The dissolution doesn't mean, that the shop is closed though. I imagine that they will simply start a new company with some other name containing Computergrej.dk so they can keep claiming they have great customer service, since they shut down every time there is a complaint.

Due to Trustpilot's guidelines, this review has to be published in my name (as my debit card was used for the purchase), even though it is my girlfriend who has had the following experience with Computergrej.dk. Here an account of what has happened in her own words:

Note: This review was first posted on the 25th of July and in less than two hours it was flagged by Computergrej.dk. I find it curious that Computergrej has yet to answer an email sent eight days ago, but are lightning fast at policing their Trustpilot reviews.

Review:
I first made contact with Computergrej in February (26/02/14) when the Cyrus laptop that I purchased from them in November (5/11/13) began having problems with power e.g. the battery had no life/failed to charge and the computer would cut out with no warning.

They replied the next day and told me to come into the shop, which I did, and they gave me a new charger. The guy in the shop said that they would also order a new replacement battery for me. I waited a month for them to contact me regarding the charger, before having to email them again in late March (28/03/14) asking for progress on the situation. I did not get a reply to this email.

I emailed again in mid-May asking once again for an update regarding the battery and also to report a new problem that had arisen with the laptop's screen (i.e. whenever I adjust the screen forward or back, it goes fuzzy and/or dies).

I received a reply to this email on the same day from customer support. They apologised for the slow response and said they will order a brand new laptop for me. That was 15/05/14.

It is now 29/07/14 and I am STILL waiting to hear back from them.

Eight days ago (21/07/14), the hard drive of the laptop malfunctioned/died and I emailed Comptergrej once again. I told them about the new problem and told them in no uncertain terms that since they have taken such a long time to find a solution (repair or replacement) that I want a full refund for my laptop. I have not yet received any reply.

I have no working laptop at the moment and it is a huge inconvenience as I rely heavily on it in my field of study. As one can imagine, I am extremely disappointed with Computergrej response times since the first problem arose in February.

I should add that I have no confidence in the performance of Cyrus laptops any longer. The laptop has been treated with care - the same as I have done with all my previous laptops - but I have found it to be of poor quality. For example, screws have fallen out of the bottom of it and a crack has formed at the screen hinges, just from normal, everyday usage. It is in this way that I have no confidence in the Cyrus laptop brand at all and I am no longer satisfied in accepting a brand new replacement one. I just want my money back so that I can invest it in a more reliable brand.

UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE:
The claim that the computer was not bought from Computergrej.dk is simply preposterous. I have emails and a bank transfer statement proving that Computergrej.dk is the party I have traded with. That their system have no record of my purchase should just serve as an alarm bell for future customers. In our email correspondence, Computergrej.dk has acknowledged the problem and responsibility. They have promised to fix the problem, but this has yet to happen.

I have received legal counsel on the case and it was made clear to me, that Computergrej.dk have to reimburse me for the computer in full. Unfortunately, they outright refuse their responsibility. To accuse me of posting a false review is insulting and I’m outraged by the insinuation that this review was posted to extort or “blackmail” anyone. As already stated I have clear evidence of the trade between Computergrej.dk and me. This mean that I will have to take the case to Forbrugerrådet and wait even longer to get my money back. I will post the verdict of the case, when one comes (around eight months from now).

Out of thousands customers, we are bound to have one unsatisfied customer, in this case you.

You are not being reasonable, you are accusing our company for scamming you, mean while you want money back for a product, you claim to be faulty, but you do not wish, to give back to us for investigation, so we actually can confirm your claims.

No company in the world will give you money back for a product, only based on your claim in an email, and let you keep the product.

We have asked you to return the product for investigation, as policy dictates.

You cannot claim money back based on allegations and keep the product. we have even offered to handle your case based on goodwill. But it seems you would rather trash us publicly.

If you want our goodwill, and wish for us to handle you case, we will do this, all you need to do is to comply to the terms in our last mail, sent to you some months ago.

But If you want to keep the product, and do not wish to let us at least investigate the product to see, the product failures you describe, the we cannot help you.

You cannot buy at product in a store, then one year later go down to the store and claim money back, based on allegations of product failure, you would have to bring the product. with you

If you are possession of a Cyrus product we would gladly assist you with this, as we are Cyrus service provider i Denmark.

Let me make it very clear, if your Goal by writing a false review, is to blackmail us, into giving you a refund for a laptop you have not purchased from us, this will not happen.

As our customer service has replied to you, we can apply for a refund at Cyrus Technologies, whom you have bought the computer from. But only when we have had the chance to investigate the computer, to see if the problems mentioned are even there.

No company in the world would ever agree to a refund based on an e-mail from an alleged customer.

Our customer service is one the best in Denmark, and our customers know this.

If you wish for us to continue processing your case, we would suggest, you respond to the mail from our customer service.
