Out of thousands customers, we are bound to have one unsatisfied customer, in this case you.
You are not being reasonable, you are accusing our company for scamming you, mean while you want money back for a product, you claim to be faulty, but you do not wish, to give back to us for investigation, so we actually can confirm your claims.
No company in the world will give you money back for a product, only based on your claim in an email, and let you keep the product.
We have asked you to return the product for investigation, as policy dictates.
You cannot claim money back based on allegations and keep the product. we have even offered to handle your case based on goodwill. But it seems you would rather trash us publicly.
If you want our goodwill, and wish for us to handle you case, we will do this, all you need to do is to comply to the terms in our last mail, sent to you some months ago.
But If you want to keep the product, and do not wish to let us at least investigate the product to see, the product failures you describe, the we cannot help you.
You cannot buy at product in a store, then one year later go down to the store and claim money back, based on allegations of product failure, you would have to bring the product. with you

We of course disagree with the review, and claim the opposite. You have not bought a laptop from Computergrej.dk, we cannot find any records of this in our systems.
If you are possession of a Cyrus product we would gladly assist you with this, as we are Cyrus service provider i Denmark.
Let me make it very clear, if your Goal by writing a false review, is to blackmail us, into giving you a refund for a laptop you have not purchased from us, this will not happen.
As our customer service has replied to you, we can apply for a refund at Cyrus Technologies, whom you have bought the computer from. But only when we have had the chance to investigate the computer, to see if the problems mentioned are even there.
No company in the world would ever agree to a refund based on an e-mail from an alleged customer.
Our customer service is one the best in Denmark, and our customers know this.
If you wish for us to continue processing your case, we would suggest, you respond to the mail from our customer service.
