Absolute rubbish repair and service

Please excuse the review in English. My Dutch is not nearly adequate enough yet to express my absolute disgust with this company's service.

I had bumped my laptop's lid against my desk, which resulted in the lid's hinge and the plastic casing being damaged. Apart from that, the laptop was in working order. I still worked on it for a week before I received instruction from my insurer to get a quote for repair. I sent my laptop to Comserve, accepted their quote, paid the invoice for the repair, and then waited 3 weeks for my laptop to finally be returned to me. I opened the box, took out the laptop, pressed the power button, and... nothing. The laptop now no longer boots up. The hinge and case have been repaired, but no one bothered to check that it actually boots after having opened it up. I contacted Comserve to find out what went wrong and what action they will take, as I cannot afford to be without this laptop for yet another 3 weeks (I use it for work). Nothing. No response to my question. Just a DHL pick-up label sent to my email. Queries sent to their email address are either completely ignored or answered a week later. You cannot get hold of anyone at their call centre, as you are forever "eerste in de wachtrij". "Eerste in de wachtrij" my ass. Leaving a message to have someone call you back is completely pointless. I have left many requests for someone to call me back. It's days later and still no-one has returned my calls. The service from this company is pathetic. It is easily the worst I have experienced from a repairer for a major brand. MSI, I will no longer be purchasing your products if Comserve remains the sole repairer. Same goes for any other brand they are contracted to repair.
