We were in urgent need of help and Con fuses were able to squeeze us in last minute. Two of them turned up, friendly and efficient. You could tell they were both conscious to get the issue resolved quickly for us. They fixed what I know was a complex issue in good time. I will be using this company again.
Two men from this company just turned up at my door. Let themselves in and then when asked why they were here. Folded their arms and acted like we called them. Which we didn’t. We had no call to say they’d be coming and no indication as to why they were even at my home. They checked the fuse box which no one asked them to do and then got in their van and left.. rude! Felt very threatened by this behaviour as a woman on my own with children. Will not be recommending this company or using them myself.

Found this company on trust a trader. They seemed to have good reviews on their website so I emailed them two weeks ago to get a quote for a fairly large job. They didn't respond to the email I sent them so I emailed them again five days ago and they appear to have ignored this one as well. They claim to provide a quick response on their website but that is obviously not the case. I won't bother trying a third time but instead have now found an electrician who does respond to my enquiries. Very poor service.
