Not inline with ACCC regulations.

I purchase a gift voucher during their 25% off EOFY sale. The website claims that the voucher can be used as cash online and in store (inline with ACCC gift card regulations). But when I went to use the voucher to purchase an evolve electric skateboard I was advised that I could not use the voucher on this product. I emailed them and they confirmed that I could not use the voucher on all products (not inline with ACCC regulations). The website did not state any restrictions on what a gift voucher can buy so I believe I was mislead. If I knew that the voucher was limited to only a selection of items I would not have purchased it. I contacted them via email requesting a full refund and they simply referred me to their terms and conditions page and quoted "We do not accept returns for change of mind and for discounted or customised items".

This is very disappointing, in the last year we have purchase a Evolve GTX and two expensive cruiser boards from these guys. This is not the way you should treat your loyal recurring customers!

Do the right thing and give me my money back!
