As for the measurement error, unfortunately, we’re only human, and even the best can make mistakes sometimes :) we did something impossible and we delivered your new island within 7 days! However we have learnt our lesson and from now on we will make sure this won't happen again.

We reached out to the Joanna and the team regarding a bespoke worktop for our kitchen. From the very first email to the fitting yesterday (15/8/25 )they were totally fantastic and throughly engaged in ensuring all of our questions were met, that our satisfaction was achieved and the products supplied were exactly how we wanted them.
The installation team came for template and due to the unique shape of our old house faced lots of challenges in not only designing the product but in how they were going to get it into the house once made.
The choices of cuts, colours etc are vast and the install team offered great insight and advice to aide our choices on final products. So don’t be afraid to ask questions they will gladly help.

This company has been amazing from start to finish. They are quick and efficient in responding, travelling miles to do a template and install. They were concerned to get every detail right and did an expert job with the difficult measurements of my Tudor house. I’d be happy to recommend to anyone looking for a superb concrete sink and work surface, thankyou concrete made.
The product looked good on installation but quickly degraded with water marks, scratches, chips and edge splits. Rather than being the durable, scratch-resistant product claimed, our concrete worktops and island began to fail after 6 months' use. As professionals in the industry, we understand that things go wrong. However, Concrete Made refused to discuss our concerns by phone, video call, photographs -continually putting us off for an in-person visit until the guarantee expired. (They do not understand the Consumer Goods Act 2015 regarding complaints timelines for fitness for use).
An independent expert assessed that the product had not been sealed correctly. We are now in the legal process towards rectification and redress. They hired a Turkish lawyer and have legally settled twice, but reneged the agreement in each case. Photographs of the product can be seen in Google Reviews.

I would like to kindly remind you that your first email after 6 months from installation was about the maintenance advice in regards to the pitting in high use areas where you stated that you love the worktops, and in the next email you stated that the property is still unoccupied. The pitting you mentioned is not covered by the warranty, therefore we were under no obligation to come and inspect it, however we wanted to do so as a gesture of goodwill, but we were given timescale which was not convenient for us as we are 5hrs away, and unfortunately did not have any other clients in the area. In regards to the water marks, scratches that you have mentioned, as you confirm yourself the worktops has been wrapped with plastic film and cardboards, which somehow might damaged the sealant, also the aftercare has not been followed. During the in person visit, the different tests were performed, and none of them left any marks (we have a videos for proof) also when our team member has asked what caused the scratches and stains you refused to answer the questions, and when our team has offered to fix the pitting, you said to forget about it. Uploaded pictures are showing very damaged product with very unnatural scratches, and stains which till todays date we do not know what caused them, as you refused to answer our questions during the visit. As this is one of many negative comments that you left since 2023 on our accounts (2 from the real account and 1 from fake account, and some we have managed to removed) some of them has been added, then removed and edited. In each of them, we are similarly insulted by you regarding our alleged lack of legal knowledge and about where are we coming from, which is very irrelevant, and also comment about nationality of our solicitor is irrelevant, very inappropriate and racist and it has nothing to do with our case. As we have done more than 500 projects, all our products are made with utmost care, and unfortunately we can not agree with your opinion, and this is the first time that we are having this kind of situation when the customer is trying to damage our reputation, that we work very hard for. With all due respect to you and your experts, no report or expert analysis has ever been presented. In regards to the settlement that you mentioned we have agreed to the first one, but in exchange for you removing the comments – which you refused, and for second settlement offer unfortunately we did not have a chance to respond as you have withdrawn the offer next day. This case is under the Court consideration.

I had this company recommended by my friend. Even though I kinda knew what to expect I was anyway very surprised. My new kitchen looks stunning like from some magazine. Service was the highest quality, same with the product. I will be definitely back for more once I decide where I want to put some more concrete;) 100/100.
Expensive product is not durable or fit for purpose and no after sales service or support. Guarantee is not upheld. We’re now in legals.
