Ordered condoms on the 16th June. Its 29th June and still have received no order.
Contacted them several times and they stated they were investigating with the post office, which was a lie.
After reading the reviews on trust pilot, its seems to be a reoccurring issue. I told them I would be contacting trading standards and low and behold they responded just today (29th June) saying they would give a refund.
(Still nothing in my account)
Although, I had already contacted my bank who are running a full investigation and trading standards are looking to close them down.
Another alarming sign is there is no contact number!

Relatively happy with service
Delivery took a while but that could be down to the current Coronavirus situation. Prices competitive, packing ok but as others have advised the customs declaration on the envelope states “elastic sheaths” but would something else like “rubber products” or “contraception device” just be as bad if not worse? Shelf life of products good so will be happy to use again.

Your order arrived 1 day late and for that, we are terribly sorry. The reason why you didn't receive the free gift was that you did not complete all the steps that were required so the item wasn't applied to your order. If an item is not applied to the order there is no way for our warehouse to know that they should pack an item.
Poor service
Poor service. Slow delivery. Badly packaged in sandwich bags. Made the order up to £20 to receive a free gift which I didn’t get then had rude emails saying it’s my fault. Won’t use again. Or the condoms after seeing the other reviews on here.

It’s a shame arrived timely but the package was not really sealed and the postman must have known what was in it. I’m still getting my post so I guess he’s not a prude

Not very discreet packaging
Thier delivery blurb says: "we will always send the products in a discreet and anonymous package. No one else except you will know what the package contains."
Except their customs declaration says: "Elastic Sheaths". Rather embarrassing when my mum took delivery from the postman.
