Abused on the phone by the owner liam condron SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH NEVER AGAIN

Sold a faulty part and offered no compensation in replacing it just took the money.

Incredibly rude staff.
Was sold a brand new catalytic converter exactly 2 months ago. Brought it back to them and was told “he'd never seen anything like it before” meaning it was that bad but yet I was still sold it. Complete waste of time and money.
Also seemed completely confused by the well known app called “Apple Maps” they didn’t have their business’s eircode uploaded onto the app. Would have been nice to know this as it sent me in a different direction instead. Would not recommend

Never get back to your requests. WhatsApp number is useless

Busy environment great service

I was impressed with the efficiency of the team. I was struggling to find a specific part for my car, sent an email, got an answer a few minutes later telling me they had it. I contacted them by whatsapp, ordered the part and they sent it straight away even on a Friday evening sparing me an hour and a 1/5 driving.
I would highly recommend them. Thank you again.

No issue with the staff, they got the part I wanted. But the next day delivery is an absolute lie, whatever courier they used never delivered the next day.
I waited all morning & afternoon for the part & nothing came !!

Received a new indicator unit this morning in the post, the first one I received was broken in the post, when I called the young lady to say what happened, she was very apologetic and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Next time I need a car part, my first call will be to Condron’s

My husband ordered a part and received the wrong part, rang to see of he could send it back with a refund but got no reply to the refund question, we sent the part back through registered post. A week later after not hearing anything I rang and got nothing but abuse saying it was my husband that ordered the wrong part, (it wasnt) the seller refunded the part price but we were 30 euro out of pocket for delivery, when I enquired about this they got very abusive and argumentative saying it wasn't them that made the mistake, and tried to say my husband had owned up to making the mistake, but no such thing. They hung up on me twice. My husband rang to say he had proof in messages that he didn't make a mistake and the seller called my husband a waster and told him to come down to him if he wanted a fight! We would never deal with this company ever again. He's one very angry man.

Rang them up to ask for a end of life car collection; loved the honesty about when they could collect - no I'll talk to the driver and get back to you like other places I tried. Collection was straight forward, quick and very professional. Got the COD a few days later. Will ring again when I have another vehicle to scrap.

Left deposit in the morning collected straight after lunch cheers lads will be back 🙌

Wrong part and wrong colour, had to do multiple trips to get right piece, wrong colour cost a lot more to get painted.

100 percent con man don’t believe the 5 star reviews done me out of €750 for a headlight

Driver mirror broken Thursday night, tried partfinder.ie Friday, got email from Condrons within an hour and follow up phone call from helpful young woman, and photo of mirror. Part arrived in Cork Monday, well packed in loads of bubble wrap stuff in box. Fitted and working on Tuesday.

Excellent communication and reasonable price. Got my part for my car within 48 hours with fastway. Thank you!

They are fraud.
I purchased a 2016 Toyota prius car window from them they gave me some other car window saying its for your car .
It didn't fit in my car when i asked to give me right one or refund it they cut €25 from the total amount and refund me the rest i travel twice from Co,Meath once for collection and 2nd for refund they says the part you have this is the right part disappointed .

do not use this company, rude , foul language , hung up phone during call, after they sent the wrong side light out, owners of company need to deal with this very agressive person,

They called me back very quickly after taking my initial query. Unlike other places where you have to chase everything up. I was offered delivery by post without even having to ask and the various people I spoke with on the phone were all really good-humoured.

Great service. Good communication through what’s app and then arranged a courier to deliver the part to the garage taking away a lot of hassle for me.
