I didn't want to add a star here, but was unable to do the review without adding one star.
I went here to buy a bang topper. However, it needed more hair added on the sides and back so I asked Margaret if they could add more hair if I paid more and she said yes. When I returned to pick it up, she put it on my head and trimmed it and told me it looked good. On my way home I bumped into my neighbour. I asked her to check out the back of my hair because when I touched the back it felt like there was a bump. She said "oh Mary, you won't like this" and asked for my IPhone and proceeded to take a photo. I was shocked at how Margaret let me walk out of her store. I took public transit looking like this! I asked Margaret to have it fixed; however, the end result is horrible and she said it was too late for a refund. I'm out almost $400.00. 😥
P.S. I POSTED 3 PHOTOS ON HER FACEBOOK PAGE IN MY REVIEW, BUT THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY WERE REMOVED. PLEASE MESSAGE ME ON FB IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE THEM.
