Bob and Mike Conn together with an excellent team of knowledgeable and helpful staff can guide you through the maze of new technology. We welcome everyone from inexperienced beginners, and creative people looking to step up from using their phone, to professional photographers and videographers, and offer an excellent back-up service on all items we sell, including the facility to provide loan equipment. We also offer hire, try-before-you-buy and trade-in services and have an on-site sensor cleaning service for both dry- and wet-dust removal. The Conns Photolab (introduced in 1990) offers a high quality and cost effective range of services including developing, printing and scanning for film, digital or print reproduction. With top-of-the range machinery from Fuji and Epson we can cover all your needs from postcard size prints in the hour up to 40" canvases stretched onto custom-made wooden frames. For convenience images can be sent to the lab electronically and then either posted out or collected from our city-centre location. For those times when it is not convenient to call in to us, or if you are based outside of Dublin, we also offer a secure mail-order service via our website and are always available by phone to guide you through what you need - please do not hesitate to contact us with any enquiries or drop into the shop to pick our brains in person.

I purchased a pair of Opticron 8 x 42 binoculars from Bob in this shop many years ago.
They were so good that when I wanted to get binoculars as a present I was delighted to see that the same model was available online so I was confident that the Opticron 8x42 would not disappoint.

Following a very helpful phone call with a man called Nick, I visited Conns Camera Shop in Dublin. I needed a light Tripod, batteries, SD card and advice on a lens. I asked for Nick and received expert advice and attention. I tried out the tripod before buying. Was able to try a lens and know it was not for me and chose a different one. I had a great experience in Conn's. I can recommend it for friendly, genuine, knowledgeable attention and a wide variety of camera equipment. Many thanks for your help Nick.

I placed two orders with Conn’s over the last 8 weeks for photographic film. On both occasions part of my orders included out of date stock despite paying full price. The first time I put it down to a mistake but not this time. Disappointed

Sorry for any out of date film you received. Unfortunately we are having issue sourcing Ilford film that is in date. Some of the film from the most recent orders we received directly from the distributor were already beyond the use by date. It was routinely stocked in without checking the date as it's not something we expect when we get new stock. We're changing procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again. I offer our sincere apologies. Any out of date film that you received we will arrange to collect and refund you in full.
