I bought something from this webshop on bol.com that I ultimately didn't need. So I sent it back on time. I then received an email saying that the return had arrived at their warehouse and that I would get my money back within 14 days. It has now been almost 25 days and I have not received any money back. Their website and bol.com state that the return has failed. I sent an email to customer service about two weeks ago and have still not received a response. Their AI bot is completely useless. I would not buy anything here if you might need to return it or if you need to try something on.

On their website Conrad indicates that a package will be delivered within 2 working days. At the third day we received a message that our order has been packed in Germany and will be offered to PostNL (the logistics company). How can you indicate that you will deliver within 2 days if you pack it the third day. If you call the service desk the only appologize but that doesn't solve our issue, we urgently needed the tool on the fourth day after ordering.

Terrible service, buy somewhere else
I first bought at Conrad through Bol. I had purchased a pair of safety glasses but when they arrived I could not test them because they were in a sealed package so I decided to return them. Two weeks after I had returned them I contacted Bol because I had not received my refund. Bol asked me to wait a bit longer and after another week or two I contacted them again. Conrad asked for proof of return (luckily I saved everything) so I sent them all the photos and eventually I got my money back.
This time I saw an item that had a good price so I decided to buy it. After registering and clicking on all the links you get in the email I went to checkout and the payment didn't go through. Tried a second time and again it did not work. So I decided to call my CC company and they told me they never got the payment request. So I looked for a phone number to call Conrad and there is no phone number anywhere.
I was getting suspicious so I decided to take a look at Trustpilot and saw all the negative reviews and saw the phone number at the bottom under contact info. I call the phone number and guess what, no help is available for private customers! Well if Conrad is unwilling to help its customers then I am unwilling to spend my money there.
I'm so glad the payment didn't go through. I will never again buy anything from this business, whether directly or through any other platform.

I have ordered a product I paid with my credit card had to pay extra because it’s a heavy item. No problem with that. But they are not delivering and no way to contact them. The item has been on its way for more than 1 week and they are not making any effort to deliver. I really regret buying it buy then will never buy Conrad again

so I placed my order on the 6th of March, today is the 18, the order is IN PROGRESS since day 1, I can not get hold on the customer service via phone, and I had sent an email 5 days ago with no reply. it was my first time ordering from them (def the last) and I should have avoided them after seeing how bad they are with customers. this was supposed to be a gift for a birthday last week lol. I still have no clue how am I going to reach them, what a scam! 350€ down the drain, but I swear am getting my lawyer involved here.
can't get contact with Conrad; paid my order 9 january; no conformation received! I even can't log-in on my account. Condrads phone doesn't answer particular-customers any more. I emailed 3 times to Conrad; Conrad received the mail but I get no answer.

I made an order 8 jan. It showed it was available and would be send the next day. It wasn't there the next day, but I got a mail saying part of my order couldn't be completed. I tried to ask what part wasn't by customer service but the chat bot couldn't help me and just said my order would be there by 10 january and I couldn't speak to a live person. I send a mail instead, but I haven't had any reply to that yet, besides a notice it has been recieved. I tried again 13 and 14 january but I still couldn't get to speak to anyone. Also no notice of what is going on with my order. So far this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a very long time.
I’ve been waiting 20 days for a response from Conrad.nl regarding my order, with absolutely no updates. I’ve contacted support three times, spacing each attempt by around five days, but I’ve received no reply. Their chatbot provides placeholder delivery dates that are meaningless, and emails remain unanswered. To make matters worse, there’s no phone number to reach them directly, and the product I’m trying to buy still shows as ‘in stock’ on their website. This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against shopping here as a private customer!"

The worst experience I ever had with an online retailer. I ordered 3 weeks ago an item that was said they had in stock, took my money and I never heard back from them. They don't respond to emails, and the chatbot is a black hole to waste your time sending you all over the place just not an actual human to solve your issue. No easy contact, 3 types of contact emails if you find them ... good luck. I can say goodbye to 570 euro, stay away from them!
Update: I called Conrad and it seems they ordered the "apparently on stock" item for me. This is why it took a month to get it. Looks like you are only responding to emails if someone bashes you in a public review.
Update: You want me to contact you after 4 days of writing this review on an order that should have been delivered 3 weeks ago. I am super pissed as you can see, I will not waste my time with you anymore with useless emails. I was told it would be delivered this week sometime, time will tell.
If anyone encounters this issue with them just call directly, email, chat and all that exists only to waste your time.

AVOID !!
They send you USED EQUIPMENT, not new one, even though from their website you thought you bought a new one. Their site claims delivery is free, but when you try and buy it ADDS 10 € for it ...(then if you reject it and try again it doesn't add the 10 €).
Only way to contact them is basically via a web form and they would only answer in DUTCH and with a standard text, absolutely not specific to your question and not answering it. If you then ask them to send it in English or French, they don’t answer. They also take time to answer.
All this as opposed to Conrad France who answers quickly with a personalised message directly dealing with your question and with an open mind to solve it.

I have spend more than 300€ for some tool and accessories and it got lost. Primera said they returned it, Post.nl not accessible, Conrad.nl answered "We are to busy to take any action, but you can make an account on MyConrad.nl." Couldn't believe my eyes..

A new type of scam
Conrad - through their Amazon shop - listed a hydraulic jack for sale which I purchased.
They sent me a completely different item, a fabric cover of some kind.
When queried they requested I sent the item back, however, it is not my responsibility to rectify the mistakes of someone in their content department. This is potentially intentional - send the wrong item and expect people to pay a different price for an obscure product and keep it out of inconvenience.
Be warned, there are many reviews like this on their Amazon store.
