Poor customer service

When paying for the item the payment failed, I had put the incorrect surname and once I changed this I tried again and it worked fine. The order was duplicated. I tried to ring to speak to someone to cancel but there was no answer. I sent an email but it is a 5 business day turnover so wasn’t caught in time. I was charged for and received 2 items. I have asked for the return cost to be refunded and they have refused stating that the payment failure is my own fault. I clearly didn’t purchase and then change my mind. Not good customer service, the item is fine though and would potentially have used this company again if it wasn’t for the poor service.

Never dispatched. Chased twice then they cancelled.

I ordered something on 4th March, heard nothing so sent an email to ask about dispatch, no reply. Chased on the 12th, and finally got a reply on the 13th to say my order had been cancelled and refunded. If I hadn't emailed them I don't know if they would have just kept my money. I can only assume the item was out of stock but they didn't bother to tell me.

Ordered a SnowPeak winter coats

Ordered a SnowPeak winter coats, arrived very promptly but unfortunately was too large. I sent the order back and received my refund within 2 weeks. I did email to see how long the refund may take and received a reply straightaway. Brilliant clothing, great local company would order from them again

Unbelievable bad returns

I have returned an item and it is with them 9 days now. They dont do exchanges so they told me to return and re purchase. I have provided proof of delivery , tracking , they have also acknowledged receipt of the order and they still don't refund it stating they " do the refunds in receipt priority ". I mean the item is with them, at their warehouse 9 days already. What's going on with this company I don't know. Thankfully I've purchased with my CC and I'll go there as last resort to deal with them.

Order wasn't sent after 5 days .

Order wasn't sent after 5 days .. sent 2 emails .. no reply .. called them on a mobile number which was strange .. no answer .. left a voicemail asking where the parcel was. Didn't call back.. so I phoned the bank and took the money back .. then they emailed me saying sorry it was out of stock. Very unprofessional. Lack of communication is frustrating - it feels like you've been scammed when you can't get to speak to someone. Won't be ordering again.
