From start to finish this company was awesome. The assessor I had named Andrew did a phenomenal job and treated everyone with respect. Even when things were difficult to understand Andrew had a way of adjusting so I could understand what he was asking. Without his help I think I would have quit.

The office staff at Construction Help Line have also been amazing. Helping with connections and bookings.

Overall I would highly recommend anyone going through this company to achieve whatever it is they need.

Scam company avoid do not get your caves card here it’s scam take money and don’t get your card go through hmrc website people trust me Learnt the hard way Thai will not pick the phone up to after payment ,,,,,,,,,,,don’t come that with me you only rang bk to cover your backs with a email fully refunded don’t think so….the bank had to refund me how convenient yous then try to ring bk ….scam company don’t not use …..its funny how when going through hmrc they send it in a week recorded delivery and it’s cheaper…..I’ve been waiting nearly 2 month ridiculous

I caught my NVQ 6 level and my black CSCS card at the end hours on Friday while my CITB test was going to expire on Saturday. All the people in this group are friendly and professional, especially my dear Assessor Bernice Mensah who helps and works like an angel, and in customer service Mr Ethon Brown, Volter, and Hajes.

Construction Helpline Ltd reviewed: Mixed experience overall. On the positive side, their tutors and staff are knowledgeable and supportive, helping candidates with training and skills development. However, there have been issues with delays, such as waiting four weeks for a card without results. Communication is generally good, but services can be a bit pricey for what's offered. Overall, an average experience with both admirable efforts and room for improvement.

Very good instructor, broke everything down, and because of that I managed to pass.

I understood everything that I was taught in the course and it made me feel very happy.

Tutor was excellent really made the effort to get main points across to whole group look forward to the next one keep up the good work in making all workplaces safer.

Tutor was excellent straight to the point, all training PowerPoints where informative and help out a lot to answer the questions. Key points of knowledge that were relevant to the examination.
