Do not use this company! Currently 8 months waiting for cscs card
I completed both parts of my labourer cscs card in june 2023.
Despite having multiple phone conversations since, and being repeatedly told "there are delays, i will put you on the priority list, you will have your cscs card within 15 days"(including email confirmation) i still have no cscs card. It has now been 8 months. It is completely ridiculous how a company can be allowed to operate this poorly.

Terrible if you need a replacement.
I lost my CSCS card at the end of December. I called them to ask if I could get a replacement. I paid £68 on the 2nd January & have still not received my replacement card.
I have called multiple times & been messed around. When asking where the card is I've been told they are unable to find my details but when I ask them for a refund, all of a sudden they've found it & it is being sent out.
The latest interaction with them has been today where I have no been told the 2 previous applications had not been completed.
Absolutely shocking, if the card is not here within 2 weeks I'll be requesting a refund through my bank.

Dont send CSCS card
This is an awful company to deal with. They simply don't get the CSCS card sent to you. I've been chasing this for two years now, TWO YEARS! and they still haven't managed to get a card into my hands. I've been told repeatedly that it will arrive in 14 days, but it never does. Basically just thieves and annoying ones at that.

Issuing of CSCS White Card
White card expired in Sept 23. Bombarded with phone calls to book test and pay for card. Failed test first time round in early Oct 23 again bombarded with phone calls to set up re-test. Passed second time, rang early Dec asking why card not issued, was asked to send copy of my qualifications, which i duly did. Asked by e-mail if they needed anything else to progress the issuing of card .... no reply. Chatted online today (24/01/24) still no card and requested a call back. Was told 10-15 working days for issuing of card! Very, very poor customer service after they have got your money. Passed test on 10 Oct and still waiting for card on 24 Jan!! Not good enough!!

I wish I'd have read the reviews before booking through this company. Same as the other people, I'm without a card having taking the test last November, apparently there's a 'backlog', my advice is don't be bombarding people with phonecalls and emails to use your company when you can't provide a service. This issue can put people out of work! Not good enough! It's easy to renew your card yourself without this hassle, I definitely will not be using this service/company again. Time will tell if I actually receive my card. Please don't bother with your automated response, it's not good enough.

Absolute scam taking £300 of my money. I have now been waiting over half a year for my card to arrive. Every time I ring get the same bull s**t story that it will be here in 2 weeks. I have missed out on to much work because of this. What a joke of a company

Ladies and gentlemen were to start, I’ve been in construction for 8 years, and never in my life have I dealt with such a disgustingly poor company, the fact the company hasn’t been shut down yet is even more surprising, this is the only time I’ve ever written a review about something like this and hopfully the last. I applied for my cscs green card 24 days ago, and just after I payed they said it would take a maximum of 10 days. After the 10th day I called them, they said it was going to take another 2 weeks to be processed, I expressed that this wasn’t stated at the time of my payment and that Christmas is just round the corner, they carried on telling absolute lies, that they were backed up with bookings (after looking at the other reviews they say this excuse all year round) anyway, every time I called them it was someone different who would state something compliantly different from the previous phone convocation, half these positive trust pilot reviews must be fake…I’m now 24 days in, no cscs card no job and Christmas is only a few weeks away. How these company’s get away with it I don’t know, I called up the official CSCS number and payed the £38 again and now going through the motions of trying to get my card, the CSCS guys say they deal with these 3rd party company’s all the time and they can take months to apply for your card. I’ve never dealt with a company that is so blatantly breaking the law in my life, shocking
