Please shop with extreme caution if you…

Please shop with extreme caution if you make an online purchase from this business. I purchased a very expensive vase which was being sent from their shop by a local courier to a Pack and Send branch in London. The courier company lost the package!

Claire at Contemporary Ceramics kept insisting that l wait until it ‘reappears’ before refunding me. It has been a month now and the parcel is still lost. Still no refund. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Any decent, reputable business would have gone ahead and refunded me and closed the dispute; however, they refuse to refund me for a parcel they are ultimately responsible for. Shameful business practices!
