This company is ridiculous. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't. I'm trying to return it and I'm getting the runaround. Constant back and fourth with emails, and then they want photos!!! The item is still in its original packaging! Will never do business with them again. (although I think they are closing.)

I gave Continuety.com 1 star because I had to - in order to comment. After ordering I read reviews. Too late! I figured it was a total scam, and I would never receive anything. It took longer than I expected because it actually came from China. The sweatshirt I got was close to the color they showed, but it is not the quality they say it will be. It is 100% polyester and what looks like a charming embroidered cat is an iron-on smooth decal. It is OK, I can wear it - the size is actually OK too - but not anywhere I care about going!! That's why the price was good - it just looks cheap. Oh well, live and learn. I can at least wear it around my house!!! Honestly for the quality you think you are getting it should have been more expensive. So it ends up not being a bargain - but another lesson - if it sounds too good for the price - believe it!!!!

Lured in by very professional posts of FB. Very attractive items. I've bought on FB before with good experiences so I fell for the ad. My first red flag was the fact my item took so long to ship. Very weird tracking service and it was coming from China. Took about a month to receive. The item I got bore absolutely no resemblance to the item i ordered. The "fabric" feels like plastic with the "lining" similar to the backing of a plastic tablecloth and ridiculously small. When I contacted "customer service" i was told I shouldn't return because it would cost me too much money and they would refer me to another "customer service" which I am sure will never happen. Just hope to warn others. Be careful - it can happen to you

RUN!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP TELLING YOU THEY CAN'T FIND YOUR ORDER. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! I TRIED 10 TIMES CANCELING AN ORDER.

I would give it a zero if they would let me. Totally fake company. No communication with them possible. I never got multiple orders. I called my credit card company and they gave me all my money back.
Fortunately for everyone I think they are going out of business. Good riddance to a crooked operation. Shame!

This company has shamefully taken a legitimate humane society photo of folks helping animals (Dakin Humane Society in MA) and superimposed continuety shirts onto those fine people building winter shelters for cats. They are using it as a continuety photo. Continuety photo is a FAKE IMAGE. Do a "Find image source" search and see for yourself. I was searching to learn how/where/IF they really distribute their HELP STRAY ANIMALS RESIST WINTER monies.
