Terrible service

So I applied for converge intenet because apparently they were faster, had better rates

Everything goes through very fast an I am suprised, I think oh who knew finally an efficient internet company in the Philippines.

Nopeeee, first the installer calls me on Thursday says they’re coming that day, I get the required work permits and everything I wait all day no one shows up.

Then then next day another one calls, then the next day another one calls and so on all saying we’re coming today but never no one shows up

So I get the bright idea to call converge and they tell me well sorry, nothing we can do your installation was set for last week u just have to wait till the installer calls u

So basically the installer will do me a favor if they feel like it, if they don’t then I’ll never get any internet installed that’s basically what I was being told

I asked if anything they can do to help and I was given the same script over and over again — like I know there’s nothing u can do as CS but the least u can do is talk like a human being

Ohh and honorable shout out to Ronny or Ronald who hung up on me after waiting for 30mins and wasting of 200p load all for the simple fact that I said “sir, I don’t speak tagalog” I hope u get your karma back bro

I was so excited for this internet - so sad how these companies do not care

Service is incredibly poor

Service is incredibly poor. Imagine, the first time I had a connection problem, it took them a month to fix it. Now, same problems, it has been more than 2 weeks and yet no team was able to address this. They suck!

This is by far the most disappointing…

This is by far the most disappointing internet service provider I’ve experienced in the Philippines. Outages are frequent and ongoing, and to make matters worse, their customer service—particularly the social media team—lacks proper training. The responses are often dismissive, robotic, and unhelpful, with little to no understanding of the issues being raised.

VERY UNHAPPY

VERY UNHAPPY! TOTAL INCONVENIENCE HAS BEEN EXPERIENCED FROM THIS INTERNET PROVIDER. I JUST PAID LAST JULY 31, 2025. I HAVEN’T BEEN LATE ON MY PAYMENT WITH YOU BUT THIS 3 WEEKS WAS SO ANNOYING.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE NOT HELPFUL. ALL THEY SAY IS THEIR SCRIPT, NO HELP AT ALL. ALSO, THEY KEEP ON TELLING YOU ABOUT SOMEONE VISITING THE SITE OR THE ISSUE IS IN PROGRESS BUT GUESS WHAT? NO ONE ARRIVED AND NO ONE FIXED IT. 3 DAYS OF HAVING NO INTERNET FOR THIS WEEK. 4 DAYS OF HAVING SLOW CONNECTION LAST WEEK. ISSUES HAPPEN ALMOST WEEKLY!!!!

FAULTY INTERNET CONNECTION ( BLINKING LOS FOR 2 WEEKS), INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOTLINE IS NO HELP PURE BOT THAT ENDS THE CALL AND MOST ESPECIALLY THE CHAT SUPPORT IS ABYSMAL, TAKES FOREVER TO RESPOND AND OFFERS NO RESOLUTION JUST TELLS YOU TO WAIT FOR NOTHING.

We paid for 200 Mbps and get 20 Mbps…

We paid for 200 Mbps and get 20 Mbps speed. Been asking for help and sending proof of this issue and all we received is, to keep resetting the router. Our payments should be $400php per month not $1,599php. Its sad when your phones 5g speed is better then your expensive fiber optic wifi. Ran over 5 speed test in the last few days all ranging from 19 Mbps to 80 Mbps speed only. We re getting charged for 200 Mbps speed. We n should only be getting charged for 20 Mbp speed. Can you legally charge a company in the philippines for scamming you, if the service is functioning at a slower lower level plan speed?

Your internet is fine but when it come to inconveniency you're so slow at fixing it you don't even have compensation for your consumers and we also need to pay it full when you disconnect the internet without notice??? Do better....

Converge Help CSR is the worst service…

Converge Help CSR is the worst service ever experiences among other internet companies. I called 12 times in a day requesting for billing adjustments and all of my calls either been ghosting suddenly no sound from the agents, or agent ask to wait to pull out the record and let the line for 45 minutes and hang up the call. Some agents pretend can't hear clearly my voice while i can hear their voice very clear, mostly ghosting agent, when we call them they will ask for questions when the exact date you have no internet connection and when you answer suddenly no more sound. Ghosting for many times calls mostly ghosting, they made no sound keep the line on hold for 20 minutes and will off the line. How come very big company hired those dishonest and bad customer services ? Government should have monitor this company credibility towards client service and satisfaction, mostly dissatisfaction and poor customer service 🥹😔 frustrated how this company handle their customers problem if they recruit those kind unresponsive and unresponsible CSR that will let your line cut off, ghosting, let you wait for 40 minutes and cut off the line , pretending the line not clear etc manymore

Internet constantly getting…

Internet constantly getting disconnected, every time i try to contact costumer service I get ignored, and when I didn't get ignored I have to wait for months for them to take action, even my pocket wifi is more reliable then this I encourage people to not try this internet provider, as it cost you money and sanity, 1/10

Tas Nag apologies sa hold ndi sa actual concern ko? Nakakainit ng bungo. Tas Atat!!! mag ending closing? Manipulating CUSTOMER SATISFACTION by sending Expired/nonworking LINK. I'm not Effing satisfied!!!

Support team not helpful

Yung support line nyo napaka unhelpful. 6 months na ticket ko wala pading nangyayari? Continuous updated billing, pero may balance ka padin. I keep getting an email from you guys that my bills are not updated. You disconnected my line and when I called you reconnected it cause it's been a while now? Each time I call your line you place me on hold and disconnect me?

If there's a zero star. I'd choose it.

I requested reactivation of my connection.

I contacted both FB and Twitter Customer Service (CS).

After hours of waiting FB CS replied with the ff:
1. Pay 300
2. If the request is coming from the account holder, no document is required.
So, I paid and they said it will be activated in 24hrs.

Then Twitter CS replied:
1. Pay 300
2. Create a request letter
3. Valid ID

Since FB CS already said it will be activated IN 24hrs, I told Twitter CS that it's already processed by FB CS.

After 24hrs, nothing happened.

I contacted both, after 3hrs no response. All agents are busy.
I called their hotline; my load was used up. All agents are busy.

Then after 43hrs, Twitter CS replied that she sent follow-up.
After 44hrs, Email CS said:
1. Pay 500
2. Create a request letter
3. Valid ID
Then we will process your request.

Like after almost 2 days. My request wasn't processed!??? At all? After they said that it’s IN-PROGRESS???

I contacted Twitter CS again, and she said yeah, it's 500. And send the documents that FB CS didn’t ask for.
I contacted FB CS again, and with resistance insists that it's really 300 and that I need to show proof that other CS requested for 500. So, I gave her proof. And then said yeah, it's 500.

These incompetent CS (especially those in FB) wasted my 2 days and caused me a lot of stress.

And now, I’m still waiting that they activate my account.
