Love the item, the quality and craftsmanship is amazing. I was contacted several times by Coveredkicks and when I made a change they were more than willing to make my braclet from scratch. My only suggestion, would be also to add black clasps for the bracelets? I LOVE IT And want to order again..

Ordered the 45mm band and the length of it was short it doesn’t fit my wrist.

The merchandise that I purchased was great and good quality, I would definitely buy other items from this person. I just wish it had the LV amble on it.

I am writing another review ( my previous was March 2023 ) the reason for this is, the bars on the strap were coming away from the watch, causing my watch to drop off my wrist on the floor and smash. I was sent new bars out to fix the issues, I have emailed numerous times saying how disappointed I am that new bars were sent out to me but no offer of a contribution to fix my now broken watch. Which is £250+ to fix !! The customer service hasn’t been great. I now have a broken watch that I cannot wear and all of my emails are getting ignored. I appreciate running a sole business can be busy and stressful but I am so disappointed. The strap it’s self is beautiful! It’s just a shame I can’t show it off.

I was going to give him 1 star due to my experience but despite my horrible experience due to his miscommunication, the product I received is in fact QUALITY. I ordered in February knowing parts wouldn’t be available til March and he was in process of moving so I FAIRLY added an extra 2 weeks and with that it still wasn’t enough time for him and after that I was given numerous excuses as to why my product wasn’t here. I finally received my item April 24 which was a month and week later. It seemed once I got pay pal involved it sped things up. I would never buy from him again and I was actually going to dependent on this product , and not because of his workmanship but simply due to his lack of communication. I understand he was swamped but that’s NO excuse when running a business. I wish him the best. And again the item was definitely a QUALITY item

Great communication on the order and delivery. Once i got the band i was blown away with the quality, attention to detail. I love it.

This guys stuff is brilliant ! I was sceptical at first wether the material would be from real items, but once your recieve them you can tell, the attention to detail is brilliant, the sides were sealed with paint but I have no idea how many coats but it’s so bright and not where you think it will chip off. The watch clip has their logo on, it’s the little details like that I love !

Delivery did take a while but I was told this when ordering, all the items from what I gather are handmade so it’s understandable. As soon as it left them I was sent tracking details and it arrived 2 days later.
