Loved my first year and only wish I’d had more time to dig in even deeper. The in-person events have been especially powerful—stepping away to work on myself and on our business at the same time, filling my learning bucket, sparking ideas for current and future projects, and building real friendships with other members. One year isn’t enough. I’m here for the long haul as my CEO and I continue to scale our business.

The opportunity to connect with COO’s from all around the Globe has been valuable in many ways for me. We help each other directly on problems we are dealing with while also learning new things just by being engaged and taking notes from all types of presentations or members sharing knowledge. The value I have received (and my company with it!) from the COOA has far exceeded any input I have made. Anyone in the lonely seat of COO (or VP ops, Dir ops, etc) should join up to receive the value I have, along with the camaraderie of hundreds of other executives in the same boat. The overall resources available to access has been great! 1 on 1 meetings, group calls, Slack community discussions and Invest in your Leader are great resources to keep challenging your team to grow and scale with the business.

Cameron knocks it out of the park with peer hot seats, world class speakers to help teach a strategic approach to growth, problem-solving, and delivering innovative solutions. As operators, we evaluate the cost, benefit, and opportunities that are associated to every resource our business has. We don’t take that role lightly. When I tell you I sign up for these COOA in-person events as easily as I breathe, please know there is no need for interpretation. If you run ops, sign up now. You will learn, be challenged, challenge others, grow as an individual, and evolve as a leader -without question!

The content is really great, and biggest value is the community they have carefully curated - one that both supports and challenges one another. I appreciate that I can both ask for help and offer my experience to support others find their best path forward. Cultivating a community that does this well is no small feat. I've been a part of other groups that don't do it as well. I've been really happy with my choice to join.

I joined the COOA this year and the MIT at Endicott event was my first in person. After not even completing a full year, the amount of content, encouragement, challenges, and accountability already has been amazing. I’ve had an amazing week at COO Connect at MIT Endicott House, surrounded by an inspiring group of fellow COOs. It’s been a privilege to engage with insightful speakers, dive deep into hands-on workshops, and explore powerful tools and strategies shared by other top leaders in the field. What an incredible experience!

I am a part of a few other mastermind groups but as a COO in a group of just entrepreneurs, I find it hard to find my place. COO Alliance is the answer and where I have found my home. Great group, with great members, with a great leader. Proud to be a part of this group.

Cameron Herold, the owner of COO Alliance, ran a community for operations people in organizations that he closed 3 months into the 12 month membership I paid for. He refuses to refund any of my money, despite not getting the service I paid for.

His idea of a 'successful resolution' are two group Q&A calls (by the time I found out the community was closed, they had both passed) and discounts on even higher ticket offers from him -- his idea of a resolution is getting me to pay more money.

Each day my money isn't back it's another negative review; if it's not back in seven days we're escalating to consumer fraud group in the states he operates in.

The program is both easy to follow and comprehensive. It covers everything a new or seasoned manager should know. I cannot recommend it enough.
