Bought a 7 piece pan set
Bought a 7 piece pan set. Was initially very excited as I love the look, weight and they are amazing to cook with. However from the big pan there was already a scratch on the coating when it arrived. After using it 2 times, more of the coating went off even though we use pan protectors and do not put them in the dishwasher. We now see that slowly with the other pans the coating also goes off. You would expect that for this price, this should not happen. I also contacted customer support when the pans arrived, regarding the coating but they were no help at all and stopped responding. Very disappointing. Even though I like the pans, I would not order again.
Update: Their customer support has contacted me and solved the matter, thank you!

In my personal experience, these pans have been very disappointing. Even though I carefully followed all the care instructions, the surface has already started peeling and food sticks badly. In my opinion, this product is far from the quality that is claimed. I understand this is your business and you are confident your product is the best, but from my point of view it is not durable and certainly not worth the money.

Beautiful frying pans
