I ordered a rangemaster classic 90 with matching cookerhood. Communication was fantastic, I was telephoned to keep me updated on the progress of my order and everything went according to plan, a great user friendly website, a pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend.

Wanted to add Flexirails to our new Neff oven. Went to Neff first but was taken aback by the price. Searched the web and found the genuine part at Cookersandovens.co.uk for almost half the price. It was sent straight away by courier and I received it the next day. I cannot fault the company for the speedy service and the very good price.

As I knew that I was after a white Rangemaster stove, I didn't think it important to purchase off a showroom. I hence ended up on this site. They showed a colour that looked white. Although they called it Pearl, the picture was white and I assumed Pearl meant it was slight rustic white. Fine. I purchased it. It arrived and I opened the box at the back because it had fallen over in transit. There seemed to be no marks so I let the driver go. Once the plumber arrived I took the front of the box off to find it was not white but quite dark grey - certainly nothing pearl -ish in any shape or form and looked nothing like the picture on the web. I rang them and was told I couldn't have white but could have a black one instead. OK I thought, it will sort of match. They then said I would be charged £180 to swap it because I took it out of the box. The question begs how is one supposed to check the item without taking it out of the box!

Couldn't have been more helpful at any stage of the process. From the great initial advice to the two guys who delivered the wood burner - first class. And all at a very reasonable price.

I was kept informed as to the exact date my cooker and accessories would arrive and then was called by a very helpful customer service agent, to arrange a convenient date for delivery. On the day, I was able to ring the courier and be told when the cooker would arrive to save us waiting in all day. Arrived exactly as promised and thrilled with the value.
Highly recommended.

Great price, nice extras, but delivery experience was a let down - they send it to a depot who then calls you to deliver meaning additional delay rather than just sending direct.
C&O sorted quite quickly once contacted.

Delivery of my new sink was very prompt but it arrived damaged. I immediately sent photos with an email to CookersAndOvens and Melanie was straight on the case, getting me a replacement within a couple of days. The replacement sink is stunning. Very many thanks to Melanie, for her help and assistance. Always a cheery voice at the end of the line.

Bought a Neff hob from cookersandovens. They had an offer on when I purchased the hob and I'm extremely happy with the purchase and service. They sent me a delivery day and a 2 hour delivery slot. It arrived on time and the delivery lads were very respectful. Asked me where I would like it to be put and filled in all the paperwork before going over everything thing with me. Couldn't of asked for more.

I ordered my item in the evening, received a call from cookers & ovens to confirm payment details the next morning (this was my fault as I had recently moved house and hadn't updated my credit card billing address!) and received my goods the following day. Very friendly staff and quick service.

The items I ordered were delivered on time. There was no disappointment as the items were as describe and as ordered. I will happily use them again when ordering off the internet and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had not heard of these guys before but checked them out and went ahead with my purchase. very good communication from their customer service and delivery as expected. would use again. just wish i had found them before i bought some of my other appliances but will recommend them to my mates and customers too.

This is one place I come back to for the things I want at fantastic prices. They have made it possible to add the items for a fantastic kitchen and stay on budget. it was easy to place an order, know where it was at any time and take delivery without a hitch.

The sink I bought came on time and is as expected. I did have to chase for a delivery date but I got that virtually at the same time as I asked.
The sink I bought would have been an even better experience if a cutting template had been included and if they used a non paper based sticker on it so that you don't have to spend ages peeling it off to get a good clean surface but these are things the sink manufacturer should consider rather than cookers and ovens but just felt like saying here anyway..
