Subscription process is a mess
I've been using Cookiebot and Usercentrics with many websites. The whole subscription process is so complex because of the Cookiebot and Usercentrics integration/acquisition.
The product per se is fantastic - once you know exactly which product to choose. The Price is by far too high

Good API and banner customizations, clear terms
Really cool, banner customizations looks actually professional, not like on some similar CMP providers. Also, the API works actually good, the banner is easy to integrate. I really like it.
You can pickup something ready out-of-the-box for plain websites. I will definitely keep using Cookiebot.
One minus is that the admin panel need to be accessed from PC, on phone it doesn't open. But, it's still better than for other websites when you access them with phone and it look terrible and can't really do anything.

Simple, cheap and easy to use - it only lost one star because I spent ages inputting my custom colours into each section and it didn't save them. I will try again when I can be bothered but it would be good to be able to just set up a colour palette which you can then select each on to apply rather than have the tedium of imputting the RGB value each time for various elements.
