Simple, cheap and easy to use - it only lost one star because I spent ages inputting my custom colours into each section and it didn't save them. I will try again when I can be bothered but it would... See more

I didn't expect your tool to be implemented so quickly. I'm pleasantly surprised by the flexible design of the elements. Overall, the setup of the individual steps was very clear, which makes the UX very good.

They just charged me out of nothing with 30 Euros and 45 Euros straight one after the other on two days. I have two small websites with around 10-10-10 pages. This is insane, kind of more than what I pay for the website creator frameworks themselves. Framer and Webflow. This used to be a good service, with fair pricing...
I've given back 3 stars instead of 1 as support was stellar but I still think this is a really bad UX that they just charge you with multiple invoices that are not the 3x versions of one domain but the 5-6x versions...when adding 2 new domains...

Customer service was excellent—fast, reliable, and proactive. Veronika responded quickly with clear, informative emails that actually addressed my questions, which I really appreciated.

In my case, few cookies are detected on my website, even though it uses AdSense, so there are quite a lot of cookies that should be found.

Im using CookieBot for all of my pages and it has been a really great experience so far. The setup was surprisingly easy and the interface is very intuitive, even when you manage multiple websites. It only took me a short time to scan my sites, generate the cookie declaration, and get the consent banner running without any technical headaches.

My site has 90 unclassified cookies. Given some of the naming of the cookies and the publicly available documentation on them, I think Usercentrics should have already had them classified automatically, but that ain't what this review is about.
My main gripe is the the cookie list classification page:
- There's no way to select multiple cookies to classify them in one category. You have to click on each cookie individually and set the category, description.
- The cookies are shown 10 per "page" and yet when clicking on a cookie to set it's parameters and going back, the current page you were on is not saved in the URL parameters so you go back to the beginning each time??
- The same issue is with the search. Any search parameters you might have input are gone each time...

I like the fact that it completely automates my cookies management.
Nevertheless, the design of the bubble button is super limited. There is no possibility of e.g. make the background of the button a gradient instead of the solid color. It doesn't allow to apply any hover effects, thus for my website, it looks inconsistent with the UX.

First, the implementation was confusing.
Finally, I managed to implement it. It's not that complicated in reality. Anyway, I recommend implementing it directly into GTM.
But what's bothering me?
I want my own bar design - simple. They allow it, but I'd like to see someone who can do it!
And yet, it's only 1-2 hours of work to create 3 different implementations and publish them - that's the HTML part, this is the style part and this is the JS part.
I just don't get it :(
Addition:
Customization option: only theoretical! You practically have no chance to make your own design (better, nicer banner) - support for this case - lousy! No practical example, just excuses, excuses, excuses, excuses.
Paradox: it's a job for their capable programmer for 5 minutes!
I'll probably waste my money and look for another solution where they'll be a little more accommodating!

I liked having options to use my own domain. It helps also not to have competition from wix.co (2017.) I found it most helpful to keep my site protected and private.

I tried Cookiebot for my small website. Even though I qualify for the free plan (under 50 pages, 1 domain), after the trial I was asked to provide payment details. The dashboard is confusing, the status of my domain and the free plan unclear, and support is hard to reach. For small websites without analytics or advertising trackers, this tool is overkill. Very disappointing in terms of usability and transparency.

I think Cookiebot Management is riding on a razors edge right now. While technically the product is good, the current pricing models are in urgent need of improvement (I experienced an almost 10x rise in monthly fees for adding another domain and another "more than 50 URLs"). If not improved on that end, I fear that this type of Consent Management will not be consented by buyers anymore.

Stop spamming ads!! I'll never use your service again.
Seeing the same ads 4–5 times a day, almost every day—this isn't advertising, it's brainwashing.
It doesn't build trust or interest; it just makes the brand look desperate and annoying.

The company charged twice the subscription fee from my account (instead of €15, they charged €30).
I checked the price list on the website and it still falls under the €15 package.
I contacted technical support and they informed me that on July 16, they sent out an email stating that they would be charging more starting in August.
IT'S JUST A SHAME THAT I REGISTERED IN NOVEMBER AND IN DECEMBER THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF €15 WAS CHARGED.

After paying more than I initially had to pay, I got a direct refund.
