Cookies has awesome clothes

I have been ordering for a while on this site and never got disappointed by their products. Good quality and really cute.. My grandkids looks amazing , thank you!!

I made 2 separate orders a day apart. I really like the fact that when I made the 2nd order, the website promptly sent me an email to confirm that I made the purchase in case of fraud. I received all items on time and before time which was awesome! I ordered quite a few pair of jeans for my sons. They all fit perfectly. I will be shopping with Cookieskids.com again. Cool, trendy, kids clothes that are reasonably priced.

I love all of the clothes I've purchased from this company. Im raising a granddaughter and purchase clothing for her. The prices are reasonable and shipping is extremely fast. Product quality is good.

My granddaughters attend a Christian school on Kansas and have need of good school shoes. In this dress down world, it is impossible to find the shoes we need, but I found Cookies Kids several years ago. They have so many styles, sizes and SALES! We look forward buying the girls shoes every year!

I love each and every item the material 😍 the look of the outfits my son was sooooooooo please he states this is his forever shopping store for his clothes ❤.

One item was damaged and one item was missing. When I contacted the company they said they would refund the shirt after I sent a picture for proof. However, they would not refund me for the dress. The reason was they wanted a picture of the shipping packaging. They asked for the picture a week after back and forth emails and I no longer had the box. I will not accept damage or missing items. In the end I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get back my $11.01 out of a $341.44 order. It's really about the principle. The company fail me with poor customer service and lost me as a customer. For future customer keep you shipping packaging until you get a refund or they will try not to give you your money if you are missing a item in your order. On top of everything the dress that I was missing was magically not in stock. I feel they either didn't want to refund me or someone forgot to notify and refund me. It shouldn't fall on me to prove you didn't send me an item, because how can I? I order from Cookie Kids all the time and always spend hundreds of dollars because I have four kids. It's affordable, but I can't shop at a company that will not rectify a mistake they made. You will not take my money and not give me the product that's a stealing.

I had a great experience the website was easy to use and checkout was too the order was processed quick .I have ordered multiple times over the last few years and only had one problem that was quickly resolved by customers service

I ordered clothing for my grandchildren and the children I have in my home they look so nice and beautiful. My son was surprised to see the outfits I brought just loving it now tome for summer wear. 😍

I used to live in New York and shop for my nieces and nephews at cookies and finally discovered they have an online website and I was absolutely thrilled. I now have childrens of my own and get to shop for them online and have it delivered straight to me. The brands and prices on this site is an absolute steal. An I can’t think of another website I want to shop at from now on cookies will be getting all my money when it comes to shopping for my kids. Absolutely love this site/store.

I definitely love purchasing clothing for my grandsons from Cookieskids. The clothes are top name brands at very great prices!! Shipping has never been a problem.
