Clean great but suck otherwise

While these pots are the easiest I've ever cleaned, the nonstick coating on the big pot started coming off around month three. They scratch and burn easily. The bottom got a burn mark on first use. I had it on medium heat; that has never happened before with my other pots.

Took longer to arrive than normal but that was the fault of FedEx. Great silicone tumbler cups for use in a mental health facility.

I am sorry you weren't happy with your experience. However, you ordered the wrong tray and it was a tray from one of our vendors. Unfortunately if it wasn't their fault they will not waive the restock fee or return shipping so we must pass that on to the customer. In the future please feel free to call our customer service or sales team and we will be happy to help you determine the correct tray for your needs.

Shipping date unclear

My order information didn't mention when it would be shipped so it wasn't clear when it would arrive from the manufacturer. I called Cook's Direct and they were able to tell me the date it was expected to ship from the manufacturer. Turns out the order arrived 1 week from the date I placed the order. It would be better for the ship date/estimated receipt to be clear on the order form. Otherwise, I am happy with my order and would order again.

Almost perfect

Very fast processing, but I didn’t receive an email with the tracking info when it shipped. The first time I knew it had shipped was when fedex left a note on my door.

I also don’t understand why I had to sign for the package. It would have been much better if the package was left at my door. I had to arrange for fedex to drop it at a fedex store and then I had to go pick it up.

Other than that, top notch all around.

Excellent Customer Support

It was very easy to place my order, but nine days later I hadn't heard anything about when my purchase would be delivered nor received tracking information.

I called and Customer Service followed up right away. Turns out the item was back ordered. They made sure the item shipped as soon as it became available, and I now have a hard-to-find bowl for use in my new electric pressure cooker. Thank you, thank you!!

Delivery issues

Having to have an adult present to sign for slow cooker liners was a disaster. We were unaware of this policy. Therefore we had to travel to another city to pick up the merchandise at a Fed Ex location. More than likely, we will be using a different vendor. The Cook’s Direct customer service rep told is that we just needed to schedule a time with Fed Ex. This was not true.
