Rang to chase my order after 5 days as this is the despatch time on the order confirmation to be told “I haven’t received that order” I then told her when it was ordered to be told oh that won’t be made yet it takes up to 10 days. So it should actually be a 15 day despatch time. I then asked for a refund and mentioned the reviews on trustpilot to be told. Yes they’re all negative…she seemed proud of this fact! I would not recommend unless you want to wait weeks on end to perhaps get your order

Purchased via ETSY : Owner Jo is pleasant and obsequious on telephone, but incapable of what she promises. I ordered a made -to -measure cover for a halogen oven along with 2 standard covers in a plain black material.
After weeks of delays, emails and excuses (daughter’s exams etc!) items arrived. The cover for a round halogen oven had been cobbled together by using a rectangular base for the top and adding extra fabric to make a non-fitting cover. There is no way this was EVER going to fit… (square peg / round hole??)
I called Jo again; her response was ‘Well, I didn’t charge you for ‘made to measure’… even though that was what I’d ordered and paid for! This, despite assuring me she was cutting ‘oval and circular bases’ on 15th May in yet another email, promising posting of items on 16th May. No solution offered when I called, just a shrug of the shoulders.
First ever poor experience with an ETSY seller… I hope it’s the last!

Still waiting, despite now being a week late. I rang today and spoke to an extremely rude woman who sounded thoroughly put out by my chasing my order - her attitude to paying customers absolutely stinks! I will await one more week, and then try to cancel my order, I do not recommend this company, communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

A result
Since I posted 'Shameful People' on the 3 Jun, I have since had contact with the company. I contacted Joanne via my order on Amazon, she replied and asked me to email through her email address which I did, she had made one of the covers I had ordered and agreed to send that day and give me a refund for the 2nd cover. Joanne did as she promised and I received the refund the next day in my bank account and the cover the following week. I would have like to additional cover but 3 out of 4 is not bad.

I ordered a cover for my Kenwood Titanium. I recieved it in a timely fashion but the item was nearly 2 inches short. After emailing pictures of the item in place and the model details, i was asked to return the item, for what i had asumed was a refund. I then had to contact them to make sure they had recieved the item and ask where my refund was. I was told no refund would be given as the product wasn't faulty, despite it being 2 inches too short!
So why ask for the item back, if no intention on refunding!
I now have no product and £25 out of pocket.

Very happy with my KMix cover. It was easy to order and was delivered within the specified time. Would definitely use again.
I love my mini tea cosy
I have a small (0.5 litres) cast iron Japanese teapot. I put my herbal teas in it, boiling water and leave it on the radiator. But after not too long tea is just lukewarm. So although I never used a tea cosy I started to look for one. My priority was a quality insulation. I found this company that provided high quality insulation and a choice of various sizes. The company advised me to buy the mini and it fits so perfectly!
The tea now remains hot for much longer.
You can add little extras, I added a side pocket.
I washed as soon as I received it, not because it was dirty, only because new fabrics in general contain chemicals. It washed well and didn’t need any ironing.
There is the possibility for you to send your own fabric to match your own decor and I was tempted to do that. But in the end I choose their pumpkin orange which is much nicer in reality than in the photograph.
I’m really happy with my purchase.
Each morning it is a joy to use it.

Lovely cover for my new kenwood k-mix which fits perfectly and looks great. It is beautifully made. I expected to have to wait a few weeks for delivery but I ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived the following Friday. Cannot fault this company and would recommend to friends and family. My cute fox design looks good on my work top.
Be mindful
Nice cover, but be mindful of the orientation of front and sides when ordering extra pockets. Although there are finished products on sale, they claim to only make personalised sales therefore do not take any returns. I now have a cover that Is not functional and difficult to modify due to the patterns on the fabric.
I will not buy from them again.
Cover for ice maker
I ordered a cover for my Ice maker and after emailing this company with the dimensions, they got straight back to me with details of which of their covers would fit (in this case a Kenwood XL cover). It arrived in less than a week and I am very happy with my purchase. The quality is fantastic, much better than the mass produced alternatives I have seen, and cheaper too. Would definitely use this company again.

Received my tea cosy this week and I'm really chuffed. The cover fits my Forlife teapot really well and is so much better than the old towel I'd been using.
I have to say, that the cosy did take a while to arrive; I ordered it on Boxing day, but with the situation we all find ourselves in right now, it's not the end of the world when you receive a product that does the job so well.
It seems odd that there are so many negative reviews when the service I received has been great! The communication from Joanne was really good.

Do not buy from this company! if there was a no star rating that's what I'd give them. Ordered a cover a month before Christmas as a present for my daughter. Called Joanne after 2 weeks to be told it was going into stitching and would be sent before Christmas. Sent an email after that and no response. Called landline, no response, called mobile and texted mobile no response. etc etc. Needless to say it didn't arrive. Managed to get through to Joanne after Christmas who told me to call back in January as they were shut then hung up on me! Definitely open during that time as they responded to a new customer enquiry! Clearly no intention of ever sending my order out and customers are a big inconvenience to this company. Don't bother giving them your money - if your order needs personalising I doubt you'll get it. Appalling customer service, this small company appears to have good quality products that aren't easy to get hold of in the UK. Shame they can't live up to their statements on their website.

Dreadful company
As other people have said, oh how I wished I’d have read the reviews before I placed an order! Seemingly though all the negative reviews this company has received are ignored by the owners as they never respond, just like in the end they don’t answer the phone, reply to messages or emails.
This is my story...
Ordered and paid for a cover 19 June 2020. Didn’t arrive, after the 10 days suggested that customers wait for before querying an order. Apparently My hermes delivered the order in July, I checked the hermes website and it duly said delivered on a Sunday ... hermes do not deliver to the island where I live on a Sunday, also if they had it would have fitted through the letter box. Joanne told me on 21 July that she could get no further information on the website regarding my order, she said she would get someone at Parcel2go who may be able to help. In the meantime I was promised another cover would be sent to me,
I heard nothing, so made phone calls, eventually in August, I had a conversation with Joanne who said her husband was ill, as he was the one that made up the covers, this wouldn’t be done for at least 4 weeks, I was offered a refund, foolishly, I felt a bit sorry for the problems that the couple were experiencing, so I said I would wait.
Time ticked on to September, I sent a further email asking where my cover was, no reply so sent a second one on 12 September, no response, so I telephoned the main number and the husband answered the phone, found my order and apologised but said they had personal problems with an elderly member of their family living with them and work was mounting up. He promised me that he would make the order up by the end of the week.
Once again I heard nothing, so I telephoned several times nobody picked up. On the 1st October I sent an email, I said if there was still a problem a refund, as offered before, was probably the best route to go, I’d been happy previously with saying no to a refund as I thought in these times, I would support the company providing I had my cover! I did receive a reply, guess what... hubby would be making the cover that week and it would be sent the end of the week.
I didn’t receive the cover, so I telephoned, several times, no reply. I sent an email on 28 October asking where my cover was, no reply, so I sent two further emails asking for a response and saying perhaps now it was time to refund my money, as I had been more than patient.
I’ve heard nothing, so Joanne if you are reading this I hope you enjoy spending the £24.95 I sent you for nothing, and the credit card company are taking the matter in hand for reimbursement, which I understand with world pay will cost you as well.
My advice, do not use this company!!!!

Appalling service. Cover ordered in April 2020 and to date November 2020 still has not arrived despite a promise to send.
Great cover! You may have to wait, but worth it!
Because it is a small company, I had to wait a while, but my experience is that it was worth waiting for a unique cover. The mixer cover was a standard item with our chosen pattern, but we also had a tailor-made ice-cream maker cover. They look great in the kitchen, so we're very pleased with the very good quality. I would recommend them, but if they are busy there may be a wait.
