Cool Frames Gives Great Service

My desired frames were on backorder and the Cool Frames team reached out to me to let me know, helped me update my order and met all my needs. They also have stylish frames at a good price. I plan to order from Cool Frames again and am very satisfied.

The glasses I ordered are exactly as pictured and described. I am pleasantly surprised at how well they got my prescription correct, I have bifocals. They arrived on time and professionally delivered.

OK, how many times do we have to do this? I have written 2 glowing reviews already. Everything was great, but now you guys are becoming a pain in 'the you know what'

I have purchased from Cool Frames more than once or thrice, in other words, many times.
Each time the frames have exceeded my expectations while being safely delivered by a well known carrier.

I recently upgraded to a pair of Burberry eyeglasses, and I’m honestly obsessed. The quality is exactly what you’d expect from a luxury brand—durable, well-crafted, and incredibly stylish and affordable.

The fit is perfect—super comfortable for all-day wear, and they stay in place without constantly needing adjustment. The lenses (I added anti-glare and blue light protection) are high clarity and make a big difference during screen time.

I am happy with my purchase of Brooks Brothers frames. Excellent price and the frames are factory fresh.

My only disappointment was that they were delivered 6+ weeks after ordering. I called at 3 weeks and received an illogical explanation for the delay. I called again at 4 weeks and received a different illogical explanation. I called again at 5 weeks and actually got a sensible explanation and a follow up email with the customer service agent's name. This was reassuring. The glasses were received a week later.

Would I buy again, probably yes but I will expect delays. I also have the feeling that if I had not called I might still be waiting for the frames. So I will follow up with phone calls after a reasonable wait time on any future order.

I had a great experience with Cool Frames. My local eyecare offices had horrible selections for frames, especially for adults who have small faces & require smaller sized frames like me. CFs had just about any frame I could want, & if a frame company makes a S or XS version, CFs has it listed. I got an XS sized frames & they are perfect.

CFs didn't accept my particular insurance, but their prices were cheaper than buying local even with my $100 insurance allowance. Quality is great, they order your frames direct from the manufacturer. They did the same with my Essilor lenses, which CFs then prepares for your script & frames in their lab.

My flex titanium frames had a small spot where the plating was wrinkled & began to flake. It was such a small spot, so I asked if they would just give me a discount, instead of me sending them back for new. CFs agreed & gave me a 15% refund on the frames. Customer service was good, always got prompt replies that resolved my inquiries.

The only downside I experienced is that buying frames online like this, you don't have a tech there to make sure your frames fit properly. My frames were quite crooked the way they came, making my vision awkward with the new prescription lenses. I had to pop into a local place & kindly ask them if they would adjust my frames, which they did. I ended up needing further adjustments & had to go back to the local place again, where a different tech messed the adjusting all up. So I ultimately had to go online & learn the proper way to adjust glasses in order to get them perfectly fitted & did it myself. Now, they fit great, are comfortable, & my vision is normal with the new prescription lenses. So keep that in mind, you will likely need assistance adjusting your new glasses after receiving.

I don't know if I'll ever buy glasses/lenses locally again. The selection of quality frames of all sizes, coupled with the much cheaper prices, make buying online the way to go. Same goes for the lenses. Very satisfied I went with Cool Frames!

I reached out to the live chat becuase i needed help replacing a set of scratched lenses for my 1st grader's glasses. the agent Weya was very helpful and upon realization that i had to send the glasses in (my son is farsighted and needs the glasses to read) i reazlied I should just order a back up set of frames & lenses. They helped me order them and apply a discount that I didn't even realize was available. They provided excellent feedback along the way and made the experience very easy. Super happy with the experience and process.
