Price info is misleading.
At checkout, additional "taxes" pop up with more than20% of the total cost! Also, free shipment is promised, but not delivered, full shipment cost is added to the bill.

We understand your sentiments and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Sadly, we have no control over the taxes imposed for international orders. It is calculated based on your country's current import regulations and as much as we'd love to, there is no way for us to completely waive or reduce this cost.
As for the shipping, I can confirm it is free for orders over $200 (standard shipping). If you opted or a shipping upgrade, this may reflect as an additional cost.
If you think there is a glitch, please fee free to email me at ana@coolframes.com and I can create a custom invoice with the shipping fee waived. I could also check for possible discounts we can apply towards your order to reduce the cost.

I'm a regular customer however last purchase unfortunately there was coating defects and lenses returned back and more than I was expecting the after sales are so professionals and lenses replaced and new ones are perfect. Thanks for all after sale Customer care especially Anne they make return although consuming time for international shipping but all through experience still great 👍

Key word is patience
Great glasses, friendly customer service (anne ext 523) but if you are from Europe - this is not something i would recommend. From ordering to delivery day it's been 81 days! Had to pay 78€ in customs. Fair enough but Would be nice to get a heads up in some shape or form.
Again i must say -customer service helped with all my questions and i got swift replies but they unfortunately couldn't do anything to speed up the proces
