routinary cost competitive products
trouble free experience, stuff arrived as descripted, no delays and so on
price wise is usually on top, sometimes you will get better deals elsewhere but its worth checkin each time
u will get less choices than big distro
troublesome experiences make online shops less reliable but cheaper stuff can cover that

All kinds of companies sell IT stuff but processing warranty claims is what sets them apart. This is where Coolmod really shines.
I received a faulty laptop from Coolmod and had to return it. They organized shipping back from my house to their premises the next day from filing the claim and returned my payment after verifying that there was indeed a serious issue with the laptop. The whole process took like 7 days.
I've got experiences where I have had to ship the product back and waited for months to be refunded.
